7 new Disney Renaissance villains ranked

So my last entry was me ranking the 10 villains from the original Disney Renaissance and now here I'm going to be ranking the ones from the new one from the Princess and the Frog to Moana. And so, just like that one, I hope you like this and agree with me and please comment to tell me what you think.
7. Callaghan (Big Hero 6):

Starting us off at the bottom of the list is the main villain from Big Hero 6. While not as bad as Ratcliffe was in Pocahontas, I would say that the biggest problem with him is that if you haven't seen this before and you see it for the first time, it would be very predictable to tell who he is. Everyone, including me have mentioned how it's easy to guess who he is. But still, he is a cool villain and cool to watch.
6. Mother Gothal (Tangled):

While definetly not a bad villain and definetly a good one, I don't entirely think she's a fantastic one. It's hard to explain, but even then, she's a really good one. Though, she kinda reminds me a lot of Ursula and Frollo. If you've seen those movies, then you should know what I mean. She's also a really dark and kinda sadistic one too.
5. Te Ka (Moana):

While most people don't really consider Te Ka a villain in Moana, I personally do and even the creators say she is too along with Tamatoa. And so I'm putting Te Ka at number 5. If you've seen Moana already, then you know Taka is the huge lava monster who was actually Tafiti who was turned that way after Maui stole her heart. And man oh man is she awesome when she's this way. And when she goes back to normal and is good again, it is so rewarding.
4. Bellwether (Zootropolis):
Image result for zootopia bellwether
This is kind of a spoiler if you haven't seen Zootropolis, which is impossible, but if you haven't, then yeah, now you know that Bellwether is the main villain. And her motivation, while kinda clichéd, is kinda understandable, she hates being mistreated and acting like nothing to Lionheart so she wants to frame all predators and become the mayor. And while that isn't the best motivation and some people have said she's not the most perfect Disney villain, she's still pretty cool at times during the ending.
3. Hans (Frozen):

Probably one of the best parts of Frozen in my opinion was the twist reveal where we find out that Hans was actually a bad guy the whole time. Which is kinda sad because in the scenes we saw him in before that happened, he was really likeable and a good guy but I think it was pretty well executed in the way they did it and I guess it kinda made sense with how they were trying to do it because I guess it woulda been a little generic if he was a typical  clichéd good guy hero prince. And so doing this I think was a good idea and I think he made a really good villain too.
2. King Candy/Turbo (Wreck-It Ralph):

Have you ever noticed that ever since this movie and this villain, every Disney Classic afterwards have had a sorta twist villain like some of the ones I mentioned there. Anyway, this is probably one of the more threatening Disney villains in a while. While he may not seem very threatening at first, once we see that he's really Turbo. He totally is. And especially when we see him merge with that Cy-Bug.
1. Dr. Facilier/Shadow Man (The Princess and the Frog):

At number 1 is the main villain from the first movie that started this new Disney Renaissance. While all the others on here are good too, I think the Shadow Man is the coolest and the most entertaining. And all the scenes with him were perfect and same for Keith David as the voice for him. And not to mention his death which was also really awesome. There really isn't much to say, I just think he's a really cool villain and the best one we've seen yet in this new Disney Renaissance. And everyone, that's my ranking of all 7 current new Disney Renaissance villains. Hopefully the next three Disney Renaissance villains are good too and yeah, thank you all for reading and please comment to tell me what you think or tell me how'd you rank them.

10 Disney Renaissance villains ranked

The villains from original Disney Renaissance are some of the most beloved Disney villains of all time. Mainly from how cool they are and how threatening they are. And so here, I'm going to rank all 10 of them. I hope you all enjoy and agree with me.
10. Ratcliffe (Pocahontas):

Starting us off at the bottom of the list is the clichéd Disney villain from Pocahontas. At this point, I've already talked a lot about this movie and how it's definetly the lowest of all the Disney Classics in the original Disney Renaissance and one of the main problems is the villain. It's one of the most clichéd Disney villains ever. That's right, his motivation revolves around just wanting gold. I suppose you could say he is a little cool, but still, not a very good villain.
9. Clayton (Tarzan):

This guy pretty much follows the same thing as Ratcliffe in motivation. It's just greed. Wanting to bring back a bunch of gorillas to sell and make money. I would say he is pretty cool as a villain during the climax. But before that, he was just kinda boring.
8. Percival C. McLeach (The Rescuers: Down Under):
Image result for percival c mcleach
This villain could have easily become very clichéd as well because his motivation of wanting to catch Marahute is the same as Clayton and Ratcliffe's because he wants to sell her for money, but even with that, they still made him super enjoyable. He even has some funny scenes and some pretty threatening scenes too. And his death is pretty awesome and George C. Scott was great as the character.
7. Gaston (Beauty and the Beast):

Now we step into the really good part of these villains. And I just want to say, this is almost exactly how to do a villain. He doesn't start off just evil and bad like most of these guys, he's actually the good guy in the village. But as he fails to get his way more and more, he turns to more crazy and monstrous directions. And it's also laid out with comedy. There's some pretty good laughs with him and he's really enjoyable to watch.
6. Shan Yu (Mulan):

One of the more darker villains on this list, or maybe even ever, I've talked about Shan Yu a lot in the sense that because he's so dark and doesn't say much, I think that makes him a lot more threatening and cool. His design alone can show you just how threatening he really is and he's also really cool in the action and whoever they got to voice him was perfect.
5. Jafar (Aladdin):

I think Jafar really makes it this far on this list because he's really cool and his slimy and smoothing voice is great to listen to. He and Iago also play off really well together. Seeing and hearing their banter is a lot of fun and his design is great too with him being completely covered. He also has some pretty funny moments too. And the way he uses his snake staff  is cool too. And he was especially really cool when he turned into a genie. Even if he was only a genie for a few seconds, but still, really cool.
4. Hades (Hercules):

Definetly one of the most different Disney villains, I already said before about how this guy kinda acts like some kind of fast talking agent or something like that and yet that fast talking part of him is what makes him so enjoyable and funny. And he has some pretty intimidating moments too and Hades himself is a lot of fun to be around from how enjoyably fun he is and James Wood is fantastic as this character.
3. Scar (The Lion King):
Image result for scar the lion king
One of the more charismatic and elegant villains here, Scar is practically almost a perfect villain. Being a great counter point to Mufasa, Scar manages to be very likeable and despicable at the same time and caused one of the most haunting deaths in Disney history. And a main part in all of what would come later in the Lion King franchise like the main goal for Zira in the Lion King 2 and old Lion Guard leader turned evil. And Jeremy Irons was the best choice they could have chosen for the elegance of the character.
2. Ursula (The Little Mermaid):

If you want to pick a Disney villain who's one of the most fun to watch, then Ursula is a great choice. She spends the first half of this movie kinda in the shadows and that's great. And after the scene where Ariel trades her voice to her, we see more of her and she's awesome. And it's fun to see her as a villain who just so enjoys doing what she's doing. And her death is really brutal and awesome, just like the character herself.
1. Frollo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame):
Image result for frollo disney
Like before, I've talked about this villain a lot. I don't know what else to say. I mean, Frollo's just an absolutely awesome villain. He does all the terrible things you'd expect all the other villains to do, but they also make him a little complex too. He tries countless times to convince himself that he's some sort of soldier or servant for God and yet he's still doing all these horrible and horrendous things. But he tries to somehow justify it every single time. That is how you do a fantastic villain. And do I even have to mention the awesome Hellfire song scene. Easily the best Disney villain song ever, if not all villain songs as a whole. And Tony Jay was perfect for the voice of him. And everyone, those are the 10 Disney Renaissance villains ranked. Thank you all for reading and please comment to tell me what you think or tell me who your favourite of these 10 is.

Star Wars Episode VIII title revealed

So yesterday the title for the new Star Wars movie this year will be and here it is. Episode VIII is a lot of people most anticipated movie of this year and it's one of my most anticipated too. Episode VII was amazing and a fantastic way to make fans happy again after the prequels and the sequel is getting closer and closer everyday and us fans are getting a whole lot more excited with each passing second. And the title for Episode VIII is going to be Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi. This brings up a lot theories among people including myself. I would say the biggest is that I think this means that Luke could die in this one. And then maybe Rey is left as the last Jedi, hence the title. Get it? But this could also mean that if Luke dies, it could mean that he's the last Jedi of his time. And maybe this could show Rey being a Jedi and Finn too. I don't know, I just think it would be cool to see Finn as a Jedi too. And yeah, with the new title dropping, I've of course gotten a lot more excited and I can't wait 'til the first trailer drops. What do you all think of the new Star Wars title and are you all more excited because of it? If so, comment to tell me and I can't wait 'til this December when it comes out.

New Black Panther set photos

So Black Panther has just started filming and some set photos were released today of the actors on set and where the movie is going to be shooting. And Black Panther is one of my most anticipated movies ever. It also has a great cast. Like a really amazing cast like Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o, Forest Whitaker, Andy Serkis, Martin Freeman, Sterling K. Brown, Florence Kasumba and many, many more. And especially with Chadwick Boseman being the lead and reprising the role of Black Panther, of course I'm super excited. And so, let's start and I hope you all like these.

My thoughts of the Lion King 2 in Kingdom Hearts 3

Now, this is going to be strange, but the reason I'm doing this is, not just because I want to, but because I've thought of this for a while and while looking at some similar stuff on the internet, I thought I'd do it. But yeah, I've been thinking for a while that maybe Kingdom Hearts 3 could do the Lion King 2 in it. I mean after all, they have done straight to video Disney movies in Kingdom Hearts before when they incorporated Aladdin 2 into Kingdom Hearts 2. So, just a weird thought, maybe they could do it again for here. Some people, including myself, have been thinking about that happening and so here I'm going to explain how it could be done. Here it is. So maybe in the game when Sora, Donald and Goofy arrive, well firstly, when they arrive, Sora looks older as a lion. Maybe, and remember, I'm saying maybe, he can have an actual mane on him. In Kingdom Hearts 2, he had a small one on the top of head that looked like his actual hair like Kion, sorta. And so maybe it can probably be set after Kiara has become an adult and they can go to Pride Rock and talk to Simba about what's going on and he tells them about Kiara and maybe Zira as well. And something else as well, this would be the first time you go to the Pride Lands in Kingdom Hearts and it actually looks really good. I'm not saying it didn't look good in Kingdom Hearts 2, it looked amazing, but what I mean is that maybe they could show it as an actual land and not just some kind of waste land looking thing like it did Kingdom Hearts 2, if you know what I mean. Anyway, the whole scene with Kiara meeting up with Kovu happens kind of off screen and Sora, Donald, Goofy, Simba and Nala arrive and they see what's going on and maybe Sora tells Simba to maybe trust him. And while heading back, maybe there can be a Heartless fight. And so the next day, the three of them can go off and they find Kiara and Kovu surrounded by Heartless and they save the two of them from them and afterwards, they talk. And maybe that night, Sora, Donald Goofy and Nala convince Simba to try to give Kovu a chance. And so the next day, Simba gets attacked and the others bring him back to Pride Rock while Kovu runs away from the Outsiders and Zira plans her attack after Nuka dies. And so maybe after the whole scene with Kiara running away from Pride Rock, Sora, Donald and Goofy could maybe join her to help her look for him believing he is a good guy. And while doing that, there could be Heartless you have to fight. I don't believe Kiara would be a party member but she can just be with them even though she's not there. You know what I mean, don't you? And so they find him and they convince him to come back, but then Zira and her other lionesses begin their attack and Simba and his lionesses go to fight them. While that fight is happening, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Kiara and Kovu see it and try to stop them. And so as Kiara says the speech to Simba and the Outsider lionesses go over to the Pride Landers, maybe there can be a tiny fight between Sora, Donald and Goofy vs. Zira who's kinda like how Scar was during the fight with him in Kingdom Hearts 2. And at the end of the fight, it looks like Zira is knocked out but when Sora's head it turned, she gets up and is about to attack him but Kiara saves him and they both fall down cliff towards the water and Simba and Sora could try to get her and when they do, maybe Zira dies from falling like in the movie or something like that and, and just a quick thought here, if they are doing keyholes again here, maybe this keyhole could be Pride Rock. Kinda like how Oogie Boogie's mansion was the keyhole in the first Kingdom Hearts and they could say goodbye then. And maybe Simba and Kiara could say thanks for the help along with Nala and Kovu there saying thanks too and then Sora, Donald and Goofy leave. And everyone, those are my thoughts on how the Lion King 2 could work in Kingdom Hearts 3. Thank you all for reading and if you like Kingdom Hearts too, please tell me if you want to see the Lion King 2 in Kingdom Hearts 3. I really do. (And just some bizarre thing at the end here, I know 100% that this won't happen. It's 100% out of the question, but I just kinda think that if you do go there in Kingdom Hearts 3, it would be super cool to see the Guard. I know that's really stupid and is 10000% not going to happen, I just wanted to say that for no reason.)

New Justice League costume pictures

So today DC released new pictures for Justice League of the character's costumes. We don't know anything about Superman but we do have pictures for Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg. They look pretty cool and Batman's new costume still looks a lot like Nite Owl's costume from Watchmen in my opinion. I don't know, especially with the goggles he has on his helmet, that's what it looks like to me. And yeah, here they are. They're really cool and I' still excited for the movie. Enjoy.
