My top 15 Kingdom Hearts songs

One of the many amazing and great things about Kingdom Hearts is the phenomenal music that's in every game. The music and songs in Kingdom Hearts is some of the best I've ever heard. As I said before, Yoko Shimomura is my favourite composer, and with the Kingdom Hearts series, she outdoes herself every single time with the music and I feel the same way for Hikaru Utada, as in the singer. They're both so talented with what they do and this series wouldn't be the same without them. Also, like some of my other entries like this before, I'll be showing the clip and then talking about it. And so, let's begin and I hope you all like this.
15. Roxas' Theme:
Starting us off at the list is the main theme for Roxas. A lot of the characters have their own themes, and one of my favourites is Roxas' theme. I love how great the sound of it is and just how well it's used in so many of the scenes. I would say it's used the best in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days when he was lying on the ground after his fight with Riku and Xion was telling him something in his head about her, him and Sora. I'm not gonna lie, thinking of that whole scene and this music in it kinda gets me a little emotional inside.
14. Xion's Theme:
Sure, this theme was only used one and that was towards the end of 358/2 Days, but it was used really effectively. During the scene where Xion is disappearing, this music is played and it's really emotional and sad. Obviously, the scene itself is really sad, but this music makes it even sadder from the way it sounds. But it a nice sound and I love how it does sound. It's at its best at the start for me, but the rest is still great to hear and I love how emotionally effective it is.
13. Don't Think Twice:
Next up is actually the next theme song for Kingdom Hearts 3 that we got in the trailer in February. It's short and I doubt this is the full song, but, from what we hear from it, it sounds great. I can't wait to hear what the full song sounds like. Just from this short version of it though, again, it sounds great and I can't wait to see how it sounds like in the actual game. I don't think it's as good as Simple and Clean or Sanctuary, but, it's still great to hear.
12. Naminé's Theme:
Something that a lot of these Kingdom Hearts tracks are great at are making pieces of music that's really soothing and calm and just really nice to listen to. And Naminé's theme is no exception. Just the sound of it is so calming and peaceful that it's something that could be played for any calming session.
11. Riku's Theme:
I think I mainly pick this theme due to a memory I have with it when I was at a family member's house playing Dream Drop Distance and I was watching the part when Riku was looking for Sora in the World That Never Was. It's not even a sad memory or anything like that, but I get emotional every time I think of that with that great scene and this music playing over it. I love the great sound of it and I love how it's used in scenes like the one I just mentioned and also in Kingdom Hearts 2 when Riku goes back to normal.
10. Treasured Memories:
I actually don't remember that many cases of this one being in the series that much, the only time I actually do remember it being used was Roxas' "dreams" at the beginning in Kingdom Hearts 2. Just what's being shown in those scenes along with the voices and this music being played over it made it stand out especially for me. I love how it all blends together so well to make something that's phenomenal to me.
9. Vim and Vigour:
At number 9 is the first battle music in the series. Obviously combat is what the series is best know for to a lot of people, and music plays a huge part in that. This one in particular is played whenever you fight against certain enemies in the series. I think it's kinda smaller villains in the series. Whatever it is, it always sounds great with some thrilling sequences taking places in a lot of the fights when it plays. I love the energy in it and how it feels like it never lets up.
8. The Encounter:
When it comes to battle music in Kingdom Hearts, the Encounter is my favourite. Every bit of it is amazing. Just the sound is good enough, but I also love how it keeps building and building. Especially around the middle part. It plays whenever you fight against any Disney villains like Hades, Jafar, Oogie Boogie, the Spirit of the Magic Mirror, Scar, Maleficent and so many more. This is how to do an epic hero vs. villain battle music. It's huge with intensity in the music and I can't get enough listening to it.
7. Sora's Theme:
At number 7 is the theme for the main character in the series, Sora's Theme. Being the big star of the series, Sora deserves a huge sounding theme and it delivers with it sounding like something huge has happened to him. I think I like it the most in Kingdom Hearts 2 when he wakes up in the pod. But there's other great uses of it too, like when he gets his new outfit from the fairies or when Riku find out he's awakes inside Yen Sid's tower.
6. Kairi's Theme:
Another one of the Kingdom Hearts themes that sounds peaceful and fitting for the character is Kairi's theme. And this theme perfectly embodies Kairi's personality as well. Sweet, gentle and caring. The uses of this theme is genius like the scene with Sora and Kairi together at the beginning of the first game and then seeing Kairi again for the first time in Kingdom Hearts 2. I think, again, the best part of it isn't how great it is, which it absolutely is, but also just how well it describes the character of Kairi in a way.
5. Simple and Clean:
Probably the most famous song in the whole series, Simple and Clean is a great beginning song for the series. While I may have said before that 0.2's version of this song was my favourite when I heard it in the trailer for 2.8, I recently went back and listened to the original a lot more and it got even better for me. I love how it starts off with it having a mysterious start with the lyrics and it keeps going with some more engaging lyrics. Although, I'm really curious to know what people's first reactions were when they first saw this opening with this song. I mean, the opening of the first game just showed Sora falling from a lot of things and seeing Riku and Kairi. It didn't show anything in terms of story, it's like it showed some strange visuals, so I'm curious to know what people's first impressions were with that. But, aside from that, the song is a great one with great lyrics and terrific bits of music in it.
4. Sora's Sacrifice:
Probably the biggest surprise in the first Kingdom Hearts game was the scene where it looks like Sora sacrifices himself for Kairi. And when it looks like he has, it's accompanied with this amazing music. Music like this makes me wonder how Yoko Shimomura is such an amazing composer if she can do tremendous work like this. It's incredible at the start with the choir and then it's followed with fantastic work on a piano and then the choir again at the end. I like to imagine scenes of my own even going along with this scene a lot.
3. Ven's Theme:
When it comes to character themes in Kingdom Hearts, Ven's theme is my favourite. I loved this but of music the first time I heard it. Again, like a lot of the other pieces of music I've talked about, I love the sound of it and how well it fits in so many scenes in Birth By Sleep. Even in some of the other games in the series when we hear it like in Dream Drop Distance.
2. Dearly Beloved:
Coming in close to number 1 is probably the most famous Kingdom Hearts music and the most relaxing music I may have ever heard. And, yeah, it sounds amazing. It's in the main menu of every Kingdom Hearts game and the result chart of every game as well. My favourite version of the opening one is the one I just showed you all in Kingdom Hearts 2. It's a lot of other people's favourite from the series. And, while it's not my personal favourite, I can easily see why and I totally imagine it being used in real-life scenarios, as weird as that might sound.
And my number 1 favourite Kingdom Hearts song is... Sanctuary/Passion:
And finally at number 1 is, maybe, my favourite song of all time, Sanctuary/Passion. The reason I say it like that is because it's called Sanctuary in the English version and Passion in the Japanese version. I'm also including both of them because they both sound great and I love them in the opening version and the end credits version. I listen to this song all the time and the lyrics along with the music are amazing. Just this song alone should show why Hikaru Utada is such a genius and an amazing singer. There could not of been a better choice for it. I also love the music that plays after the end credits version. It makes it feel so huge and epic. It's also like with Simple and Clean where the lyrics are so well chosen and it creates something this incredible to hear all the time, which I almost always do. I honestly couldn't pick a better song to choose as my favourite song of all time, and all that is why Sanctuary/Passion is my favourite Kingdom Hearts song, and my favourite song, of all time. Thank you all so much for reading. I had a great time talking about all of these and I can't wait to hear what Kingdom Hearts 3's music sounds like. I hope you all like these and please comment down below to tell me what you think, and, if you like Kingdom Hearts, please comment to tell me your favourite song or piece of music.

Fan-made Daniel Danger drawing

So almost two weeks ago, when I released my first real YouTube video, a guy actually commented on it saying he wanted to draw a picture of Daniel Danger and I said he could. So he did and he shared it with me. So, with me possibly posting my new Daniel Danger story soon, I thought I'd show it to all of you. The guy who did it is named real mvp meme [Wolfos]. Or, at least, that's his YouTube name, and, I just want to say thank you very much. It means a lot that someone took the time to make this for me. So, this is drawing and thanks again to him. (On that note, if you haven't already, please go to my YouTube page which is also called Daniel M Cartoons and comment on the videos and please subscribe.)

Third Deadpool 2 trailer

And so, everyone, we got the third Deadpool 2 trailer today. Pretty much like the last ones, it shows exactly what I want to see and even gives a little more about the story, but doesn't actually give anything away. Given how the first Deadpool movie was so amazing and fun, I can't wait for three months from now for the movie to come out and we can see exactly what kind it will be. I don't know if it'll be as good as the first film, but I'm still hoping. They even reference X-Force here, which is pretty cool and I can't wait to see what they do with that here. And so, here it is and I hope you all enjoy.

Jessica Jones: Season 2

So, on Friday the 9th, I actually managed to binged the entire second season of Jessica Jones. I know, it's weird, but I just wanted to watch it and get it over with. The reason this review is coming out a while later is because I really wanted to think about it. I'm just gonna say it immediately, this entire second season of Jessica Jones is by far the scariest thing I've ever seen Marvel do. Maybe even in comic book history. Is it the darkest? I don't know about that, but, I'm not gonna lie, this season kinda scared me because it is so dark and so depressing. I felt depression throughout the whole thing. And also, something else I just want to say right off the bat, is this season better than the last? No, it's not, I have a lot of problems with it. That being said, I enjoyed it. Or really, "enjoyed" isn't really the right word to describe it, but, you know what I mean. Also, this will have all the spoilers, so watch it if you want first if you haven't yet. So, the main plot of this story is that Jessica is trying to do her normal job of being a P.I. But when Trish tells her about a facility called I.G.H, where she was experimented on and how she got her powers. And with that, there's other subplots that are in this that all try to connect to the main plot of the season. Especially one that involves her mom still being alive but she's sorta become crazy with this kinda urge to kill people if she gets pushed really far. So let's talk about the good things first. Obviously the entire cast is great. Especially Kristen Ritter again. She's an incredible actress and she steals the show every single time she's on screen. However, she's not the only one. The other best performance in the series is Janet McTeer as Jessica's mom, Alisa. When I said that this season is scary, she's why. She's extremely terrifying every time she's seen. And everyone else in the show is also still great a their characters. Rachael Taylor, Eka Darville, Carrie-Anne Moss and everyone else. They're all fantastic. The show, like the other Marvel shows, is also really well made, especially the cinematography. I also liked some of the interactions here, even though it kinda felt like the characters and their actions seemed a bit mean and unlikeable. When looking at some people's opinions on this season, some of them said that the characters were kinda unlikeable here, and, yeah, in a way, I do understand because a lot of them use each other in so many ways that can make them unlikeable. The action is pretty cool and I liked how this season introduced new comic booky elements to it like introducing these new powered characters like Whizzer and even hinting at things from the comics like Trish becoming Hellcat. And the actual investigation into I.G.H that Jessica does is looking into is interesting when we get to it. Even just looking into Jessica's past was very interesting and really devastating. I liked seeing where Jessica got her jacket, I liked her boyfriend and those details. And I liked the new characters they introduced here like Oscar. And, really, those interesting storylines that involve the actual I.G.H investigation is where the season has it's only real interest. It does take a while for that to get going though. Which is disappointing and it made parts of the show seem boring. Yeah, this season has quiet a lot of problems. In the first season, it felt like all the interesting stuff was happening from the very beginning. Here though, it feels like it doesn't start until a little later on. There's also quite a lot of dragging in the season that makes it go a lot slower than the other shows, which can make it seem boring there too. I also found it weird that this season didn't incorporate anything from the Defenders. We don't see any cameo from Luke or Danny, it's hardly ever mentioned and that's really odd considering this takes place right after that. There's also a cameo from Foggy here once and it seemed really forced. I also didn't entirely understand the motivation of some characters, especially Karl, played very well by Callum Keith Rennie. He says he saved Jessica's mom because he wanted to experiment on her and then he begins to fall in love with her. But, even when that's revealed, it didn't always make sense. The character of Karl actually reminded me a lot of Aldrich Killian from Iron Man 3. I don't even know why, he just did. And while he had some motivation and he was kinda likeable in some cases, there were others where he just didn't make sense to me. There's even an episode where Kilgrave is sorta tormenting Jessica in her head, but, they don't explain it and they don't do it again after that one episode, so it was kinda pointless. I guess it was cool to see him, but it seemed pointless to me. And, probably the biggest problem I have with the season is the subplot with Hogarth getting diagnosed with A.L.S and the people at her company saying she can't work there if she's sick. It's so boring and disposable. You could take that subplot out of this and nothing would change whatsoever. There's also this character who's another P.I who wants to get Jessica out of business because he doesn't want her firm to outdo his. Again, it's pointless and it doesn't really go anywhere. And the position that these characters are in at the end of the season, sure, it makes sense and it's sad to see where these characters end up, especially Malcom considering I really love that character, but, unlike Daredevil: Season 2 that did this same kind of thing and did it pretty similarly, I didn't feel like it worked here. It's not a complete disappointment. I didn't hate this season, I was just kinda bored and disappointed with a lot of the choices that were made here. There are really good moments and episodes and every performance is fantastic, but that doesn't exactly help this story. I find it strange that after something amazing like the first season, where I was interested the whole time and everything came together really well, came this Again, it's not bad and I'm excited for season 3. But I'm hoping its story is better put together with more focus and a better narrative. I'm hoping things like Hellcat will happen with cool comic book nods. I'm also interested to know how Jessica and Trish will act now that Trish killed her mom. If you liked the first season, as well as just a comic book fan, and you're interested to see what happened to these characters after the Defenders, I'd recommend it, but, it did kinda disappoint me and I wish it was better. But, yeah, check it out if you're interested, I just wouldn't watch it again. And so, everyone, that's my review of Jessica Jones: Season 2. Thank you all for reading and please comment down below to tell me what you think, or, if you've seen the season, please tell me what you thought.

My second real YouTube video

So a little while ago, I managed to upload my second real YouTube video. I won't be doing entries like this for every video I'm going to do. Just for the first few ones. I just want to get this page going. I'm still getting used to putting a video together, but, for what I AM doing, I think I'm doing all right, even if it is kinda tricky. This video is a little long. It's 25 minutes and it's me showing off all my Pop figures. And so, here it is and I hope you all like it. And, if you do, please like and subscribe for more.

Second Avengers: Infinity War trailer

And so, everyone, today we got the second trailer for my most anticipated movie of the year and of all time, Avengers: Infinity War. This movie's marketing so far has been incredible with non-stop photos being released, a ton of magazines talking about it and the TV spots we've been getting. I haven't shown all those because there's so much. But, yeah, this trailer is fantastic. It shows exactly what I want to see, action, comedy, cool special effects and just my favourite heroes of all time coming together. Still can't wait for it obviously, especially when it's only a little more than a month away. I know it's going to be phenomenal and so, here it is. I hope you all like it.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald Teaser

So, sorta something I haven't spoken about at all that I'm really excited for this year is the sequel to 2016's Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, The Crimes Of Grindelwald. If you saw my original review of the first movie, you know I really enjoyed it, especially for someone who's a huge Harry Potter fan. And so, with this new trailer for the new spin-off series, I'm really excited. We get to see new amazing looking creatures, young Dumbledore and even the crew from the first movie is back together. Although, I'm curious to know how Kowalski is back since they erased his memory in the first movie. Still though, it looks cool and I can't wait. So, here it is and I hope you like it.

My top 5 things I want to see in Star Wars Episode IX

So now with Star Wars: The Last Jedi coming out a few months ago and it being a huge success with critics, audiences and the box office, I have a feeling episode IX is going to be the ending to all of Star Wars. It's very unlikely considering all the spin-offs and shows there are, but, personally, after all these years and decades, I think it would be really cool if Episode IX was the conclusion to everything Star Wars. Again, very unlikely, it's just something I would like to see happen. But, since I thought the Force Awakens and the Last Jedi were both fantastic and I loved both of them, I thought I'd look ahead to the, supposed, final episode in the main series coming out next year and talk about what I want to see happen. And so, let's begin.
5. The explanation of Snoke: Starting us off is me wanting to know the origins of Snoke. I think we can all agree that Snoke was sort of a weaker element to Episode VII with him not having much to him and, after people saw the movie, they had all these theories about him that were pretty much squandered in Episode VIII when Kylo Ren killed him. So, with that, I'm sorta hoping that Episode IX will sorta go into his origin and explain why he was what he was. Obviously, don't spend too much time on it, but just enough so we understand and it might make him more interesting.
4. More Force powers brought in: Something Episode VIII did was introduce new powers the Force can do like Rey and Kylo Ren's Force connection when they could be feel, see and talk to each other with Kylo also bein able to bring back some rain water where Rey was. And then, at the end, Luke was able to use the Force to project himself on the salt planet. And seeing all of that was cool and it was nice to know the Force can do more than we all thought it could do. So, with Episode IX, I think it would be cool to introduce more things it can do. I think it would make it much more interesting and I would love to it.
3. Rian Johnson directing: If you were to ask me who I think should direct the next movie, I think Rian Johnson should stay on for it because he did a fantastic job directing the Last Jedi. And I would love to see him back to see what new things he could bring to the table. He was able to introduce new things to the Star Wars lore and seeing him back doing what he did before and having the same creative ideas would be great.
2. The best Lightsaber fight ever: With Episode IX also maybe being the last of Star Wars, I want it to also have the greatest Lightsaber fight of all time. There have been some really great and terrible Lightsaber fights in the series' history, but I think if they wanted to end the series with a bang, they should have the greatest Lightsaber fight ever. I'm not sure who should fight who, but, I guess they could do Rey vs. Kylo Ren. I just think that would be really cool and doing that in some special Star Wars location would be so amazing to see.
And the number 1 thing I want to see in Star Wars Episode IX is... A happy ending: So sort of a obvious choice here, but with Episode IX, as I already said, I want it to be the ending for all of Star Wars. No more TV shows, spin-offs or more episodes after it. Obviously there's Solo: A Star Wars Movie coming out this year, but, personally, I would love if they ending everything with Episode IX. And with that, have a happy ending. Like what Return Of The Jedi did with having a happy ending. Sure, there was more to come, but, for that series, it ended on a happy note. So, for Episode IX, I just want everything to finish once and for all with a nice happy ending. Obviously, there's going to be some sad moments, but the actual ending should be a feel good ending with a great conclusion. And so, everyone, those are my picks for the things I want to see in Star Wars Episode IX. Thank you all for reading, please comment down below to tell me what you think and please tell me what you want to see.

Luke Cage: Season 2 teaser

So with Jessica Jones: Season 2 coming out tomorrow, it looks like we've gotten a teaser trailer for Luke Cage: Season 2. My brother and I thought Luke Cage had been cancelled because we saw a message on Facebook saying that, but I guess it wasn't true. But, yeah, this next season is set to be released on Netflix for June. I'm really hoping Danny will be here because I loved his interactions with Luke in the Defenders, so seeing that back would be great. I'm not sure who the villain is going to be here, though, in my opinion, it's probably going to be Shades and Mariah again considering they still have to be taken down from the first season. And so, here's the teaser and I hope you all enjoy.

My top 5 summons in Naruto

In Naruto, ninjas are about to use a summoning jutsu to summon a creature, mainly a ninja animal to help them in battle with them being able to talk and perform jutsus of their own. And so many of them are so likeable and some are evil with working for the villains. We don't see everyone's summon, but we do see quite a few of them. Almost everyone we do see who does have one has a different summon and they're all awesome. And so, let's begin and I hope you all like this.
5. Manda:

Starting us off at number 5 is Orochimaru's main summon and the evil snake king, Manda. This gigantic snake was first shown in the fight between Jiraiya, Tsunade and Orochimaru. While he may be Orochimaru's summon, he doesn't exactly like him and he's got quite the anger side to him. He usually threatens to kill whoever summons him or he might demand they do something for him. And he was eventually killed when Sasuke used him as a shield during his fight with Deidara.
4. Katsuyu:

Next up is Tsunade and Sakura's summon and definitely one of the more nicer summons, Katsuyu. This huge and small slug can change her size and is able to multiple herself. She's also able to use attacks like acid slime, spin around to attack enemies and is even able to use Tsunade's healing jutsu if she transfers it to her. She's also Sakura's summon and she's able to do the same thing with her same abilities.
3. Gamabunta:

Now we get to, probably, the most popular Naruto summon of them all, Gamabunta. Yeah, he's pretty awesome. He's appeared in a lot of famous battles in the series and is the summon for a lot of characters like Minato, Jiraiya and Naruto. While, I would say he's more Jiraiya's main summon, he's helped out with the other two so many times. Minato and him fought against Kurama when Obito unleashed on the village, he helped Naruto fight Gaara, he and Jiraiya fought with Tsunade and Katsuyu and he was Naruto's main summon for the first part of Naruto until Gamakichi got older and then he became Naruto's main.
2. Gamakichi:

At close to number 1 is Naruto's main summon, Gamakichi. The son of Gamabunta, this toad started off as a tiny toad being the main toad to help Naruto. But, as Naruto grew up, Gamakichi did too with getting a lot bigger, being able to use a lot more useful jutsus and even picking up some of Gamabunta's habits like smoking. But he was always great and he especially got to shine during the Fourth Great Ninja War with helping Naruto.
See the source image
And number 1 favourite Naruto summon is... Pakkun:

And finally at number 1 is one of Kakashi's summons and one of the Leaf Ninja dogs, Pakkun. The reason I'm putting him at number 1 is because of how likeable and useful he is. He was first seen in Kakashi's fight against Zabuza. We then properly saw him during the Destruction of the Leaf when he helped Naruto, Sakura and Shikamaru find Sasuke. After that, he helped Kakashi find Naruto at the Final Valley after his fight with Sasuke. But, I think I preferred him the most during the filler arc of the original anime show during the story with the return of Mizuki. He was really funny there and really useful. He's also just really helpful during a fight with figuring out intel about the enemy. He, along with a lot of other Ninja Dogs of the Leaf and Kiba, have really sensitive noses so they can search for whoever or whatever they want. And all that is why Pakkun is my favourite summon in Naruto. Thank you all for reading, please comment down below to tell me what you think and, if you like Naruto, please comment to tell me your favourite summon.
