So, now I'm resuming my entries of doing paintings of characters from shows from my childhood. And the next one up here is the one for the characters from The Marvelous Misadventures Of Flapjack. I know I haven't talked about this show much on here, but I do still really like it and find it extremely hilarious. I always have a great time watching it. There aren't that many characters in this show to begin with, so I just went with the main four that I thought were integral enough to the show. And so, let's get started and I hope you all like these.

My top 5 cartoon idiots

There's no denying that there's plenty of morons in cartoons and animation in general. Whether they're acting like complete twits or saying the dumbest of things, these guys really don't know anything. And so many of them are so much fun and so entertaining. They may also have a lot of fans with the viewers and so many people agree their lack of intelligence is what makes them great characters. They may also be dumb but some of these guys do still mean well and have a lot of care for others. And I'll be counting these by how much I like these characters, not by how stupid they are.
And so, let's begin and I hope you all like this.
5. Peter Griffin (Family Guy):

Starting us off at number 5 is the dad of the Griffin family, Peter Griffin. While, he has some signs of intelligence every once in a while, there's no denying Peter's sheer lack of knowledge about anything. Among the hundreds of stupid acts he's done, there's been a lot like constantly hurting others, making rude or inappropriate remarks about a lot of things, causing different thing's destructions or crashing things even doing things to hurt himself without thinking about it or the consequences.
4. Cosmo (Fairly OddParents):

Next up is Timmy's green haired and eyed fairy godparent, Cosmo. While he may mean well, he still has a huge track record of making constant mistakes and being a complete idiot in tons of situations. Whether he's putting others in danger or screaming something nonsensical, the other characters, especially Timmy and Wanda have made countless remarks about his stupidity.
3. Billy (The Grim Adventures Of Billy & Mandy):

At number 3 is this striped shirt and hat wearing boy. Having the parents he does, it's kinda understandable why Billy doesn't have the greatest mind ever, but that doesn't make him any more intelligent. With his constant mishaps, Billy is one who mainly just thinks about food and whatever TV thing he might be into in whatever episode. Not only does he always fail in school, but he also does dumb things to put himself and other people in danger. In fact, he's so stupid, that his lack of a brain is the very thing is what saved the Earth one time. But it mostly gets himself and others in trouble.
2. Homer Simpson (The Simpsons):

Coming in close to number 1 is probably the most famous idiot in animation, Homer J. Simpson. This doughnut loving moron is most likely what all these others and so many more we based on. Given how famous the Simpsons is, there's no denying how much of an impact Homer made to a lot of characters like him. Homer may have a pretty good and loving life, but there's no way he knows how life really goes, he's caused countless accidents at the nuclear power plant, he can't figure out so many of the most basic of things in life and is about as oblivious as you can imagine. It's been pointed out countless times in the show how clueless he is and yet, somehow he almost never faces the consequences for it.
And my number 1 favourite cartoon idiot is... Patrick Star (SpongeBob Squarepants):

And finally at number 1 is SpongeBob's best friend in the world, the big pink starfish, Patrick. While some of these other characters may show signs of being stupider, Patrick is the one I know the most and have enjoyed the most. Patrick may be a dope and a jerk in the later seasons of the show, but he still had a heart in the first three seasons and has shown it occasionally since then. But the main thing that's stuck with him ever since we first saw him is his below average intelligence. If he's so dumb that he himself likes to point out how dumb he is sometimes and admits he like to do various dumb things to mix it up, then you know something is definetly wrong with him. He's done so many acts of stupidity that it's hard to know where to start. He can't get a job, he doesn't know how to write properly, confuses gym class for poem reading, doesn't know what a musical instrument is, confuses different ceremonies for something else, he can't remember things that were just said to him, so on and so on. If just watching a few seconds of Patrick isn't enough to make you believe me, then I don't know what to tell ya. And yet Patrick is still so likeable a lot of the time and is one of the show's most popular characters. And all that is why Patrick Star is my number 1 favourite cartoon idiot. My top 5 secondary anime character transformations

A while back, I made a list of my favourite transformations done by anime protagonists, and so now, I decided to look at some secondary characters and talk about my favourite transformations from secondary characters in anime. The protagonists usually get the most transformations in anime, but secondary characters have their fair share of them too. Some of which can measure up to the protagonist's one too. This can help them be super cool too. And so, now I'm gonna count down my top 5 favourites. And so, let's begin and I hope you all like this.
5. Demon Slayer - Gray (Fairy Tail):

Starting us off at number 5 is Gray's Demon Slayer form. After meeting his dad and after he disappeared, Gray inherited a part of his magic called Demon Slayer magic which is meant to be similar to Natsu's Dragon Slayer magic. But this form boosts Gray's magic power and helps him deal with demons. He even used it when he fought against Natsu and he was able to hold his own against him
4. Jaganshi - Hiei (Yu Yu Hakusho):

This form really doesn't appear in the series that much, but it's still a cool looking form. The Jaganshi is when Hiei uses his Jagan Eye to transform into full demon form with green skin and multiple eyes all over his body. This form helps him get stronger and the eyes on his body can be used to amplify his powers even more. He can use this form to use powers like telekinesis and lift people with his mind.
3. Zabimaru - Renji (Bleach):

Every Soul Reaper has the potential to use some Zanpakuto of their own and for secondary characters in the series, Renji's one, Zabimaru, is my favourite. His one transforms into a huge monster called Zabimaru that he can use to hit things from far away, use to run up things or shield himself from oncoming attacks.
2. Second State Curse Mark - Sasuke (Naruto):

Coming in close to number 1 is the evolution of the Curse Mark, Second State Curse Mark Sasuke. After abandoning the village and going with the Sound Ninja Four, Sasuke took a pill to evolve the powers of the Curse Mark which included its Second State. This causes Sasuke to transform into a sorta monster with long blue hair, a star mark on his nose and two wings in the shape of hands. His skin also turns a different colour and all this boosts his power tremendously. It helped him hold his own against Naruto covered in Kurama's chakra and fight against Orochimaru and he used it briefly in his fight with Itachi.
And my number 1 favourite secondary anime character transformation is... Super Saiyan Blue Evolution - Vegeta (Dragon Ball):

And finally at number 1 is Vegeta's biggest transformation to date, Super Saiyan Blue Evolution. During the Tournament Of Power, both Goku and Vegeta gained new powers, Goku unlocked Ultra Instinct and Vegeta got this, an even more evolved level of Super Saiyan Blue, A.K.A, Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan. This was mostly used when Vegeta was fighting against Toppo during the Tournament after Toppo had become a God Of Destruction. Even during his time fighting with that kinda power, Vegeta was still capable of fighting him even when the God Of Destruction power helped Toppo become one of the most powerful characters in Dragon Ball. This also helped Vegeta uses his Final Explosion attack on him without any risk of dying after using it again. Yes, it hurt him, but he didn't die like when he used it against Majin Buu. And only time will tell if Vegeta will even be able to access this kinda power again. And all that is why Super Saiyan Blue Evolution is my favourite secondary anime character transformation. Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind

And, so, everyone, I finally managed to get to the end of the DLC for Kingdom Hearts 3, Re:Mind. This, just like Kingdom Hearts 3 last year, was my most anticipated release for this year, and the fact that it was being released so early in the year made it even more exciting. And I was fortunate that my brother actually preordered it for me as my Christmas present. And, so, what were my thoughts on the eventual outcome? It made it even better. I loved it so much. There are so many incredible things in this and some really challenging things. There's definitely things in that I didn't entirely get, but what I did and from how much this satisfied me, I don't know how to express this all fully and properly. But, I'll try. Also, I'm doing a full spoiler part here. I'm gonna go through the whole story and give my thoughts as I go. And so, let's get started and I hope you all like this. So, it actually opens with how Olympus ended. With Xigbar watching Pete and Maleficent and then he's confronted by Luxord and they have a chat and discuss about the relevance of the box that the Organization was looking for in the original take of Kingdom Hearts 3. And it was cool to get that whole conversation considering we only saw a tiny bit of it in the trailer and it did get me thinking of those two characters more and make me wonder about Luxord now. We then see Xehanort at the Keyblade Graveyard remember how he met the Master Of Masters there and discussed about why he thinks he should take over all the worlds. He sorta believed that the people of the World were living too lively and felt like their freedom would spawn more darkness and they'd eventually destroy themselves with it. We even see the Master telling Xehanort who he is but we never hear it. So it made me more and more curious to know who exactly he is. And then when we cut to present time with Xehanort, Xigbar and Isa, we see them discussing about their plans for who the 13 Darknesses were gonna be for the war. We also hear another new voice for Xehanort himself. The original voice for Xehanort was Leonard Nimoy, but then he passed away in 2015 so they had to replace him so they Rutger Hauer to do him in the original version of Kingdom Hearts 3, but then he passed away last year and then they got Christopher Lloyd to do him here. I really like Lloyd as ab actor, and he does a good job, but he sounds absolutely nothing like Leonard Nimoy did. Nimoy is my favourite version of Xehanort and I thought Rutger Hauer wasn't as good despite being really good in the role. But at least he actually sounded like Nimoy. Lloyd's voice makes Xehanort's sound really high and older sounding. And, even though he does a really good job, he doesn't sound at all like the other two. That might sound like a negative, but it's not. It's just something I wanted to point out. Anway, we then see the ending of Kingdom Hearts 3 with Sora leaving the Keyblade Graveyard to find Kairi and they make the graphics in that scene so much better. They looked good in the original, but there was something off about the way it looked in the original, especially on Sora's face a little bit. Here, they looked perfect. We then see Sora in the Final World talking to Chirithy explaining about what he wants to do and Chirithy explains about how what he wants to do will have a risk but Sora decides to do it anyway. And so then we see him doing it. He gets sent back to in time to the point where all of them were arriving at the Keyblade Graveyard and he's told that in order to bring Kairi back, he has to go inside the other character's hearts and trace the connection to all of them and get to Kairi before she was struck down by Xehanort. So he begins to do that we have to fight a whole bunch of different things in the character's hearts and Sora sorta begins to see why they're feeling and what they were feeling at the point where he's appearing in them. Like, you get to fight a different looking version of the Dark Inferno and you have to fight Dark Aqua again. Sora also sees Naminé in when he's in his own heart and it's revealed that apparently she's the one who brought Terra's Lingering Will to the fight the first time. And then that Sora follows them and you have to fight Terra-Xehanort there when Terra brought it away. But after you beat it, the Heartless that he has with him, who's also Terra, takes Sora and surrounds him in Darkness. We then play as past Sora for a few minutes and you play through the Keyblade War again but, this time, you get to choose what character you want to be in this fights and that was amazing. I chose the different character every time and we even get to see more scenes. Like we see that when Sora and Riku beat Replica Riku and Xigbar, we see a scene with Riku talking to Demyx and he's the one who took the replica that was meant for Naminé. They even have it where he shows Riku a Gummiphone that Ienzo gave him as proof that he was on their side. That was funny. And after that, we do the Sora and King Mickey fight again and that's the same. You don't have the choice for character there. You have to play as Sora and that part is exactly the same. However the next part is when you're automatically playing as Aqua when she and Ven are fighting against Vanitas and Terra-Xehanort. We even have a scene of them talking for a bit before the fight and it turns out Vanitas might not be a part of Ven after all. Maybe he is, but that's what it sounded like to me when they were talking. Anyway, the fight with them is cool and you get that reaction command we saw in the trailer to make Ven ride on his Keyblade which Aqua guides with her own and that was cool. But then Sora arrives and you have the option to fight as either Sora or Aqua there. I went with Aqua there, although I do wish that Ven was an option too. Anyway, the rest of that is the same and then we cut to Kairi and Lea fighting off against Xemnas, Isa and Xion. And we get so many amazing parts here in particular. For one, we see Lea talking to Xemnas and Isa before it and we see Kairi saving Lea when Xion attacks him with Lea trying to remember who she is. But then the rest is mostly the same with Sora showing up you do the normal fight there until Isa powers up again and knocks Sora and Kairi back and that's all the same aside from Sora talking to Roxas in his heart and we see that that's how Roxas properly came back. And we see a new addition with present Sora being inside past Sora's heart and seeing all these events. And there's a new clip with Sora, Kairi, Lea, Roxas and Xion attacking Xemnas together and it was awesome to see that, especially Kairi vs. Xemnas. And then we play as Roxas alongside Lea and Xion against Xemnas and Isa together. All that was awesome and it was especially cool to finally see Roxas vs. Xemnas. But then we cut to original part where Xemnas takes Kairi away and we get to choose between Sora and Roxas to fight Isa again and I went with Roxas. Like I said, when it came to these fights with choosing the character, I always went with the other character. Anyway, we then go to the part where we're fighting against to Xemnas, Ansem and Young Xehanort and we don't get to choose at all there. I feel that's because King Mickey and Riku get taken away a few times during the fight. And then we see that Sora was too late to get to Kairi before she gets struck down. But then he gets an idea to go to Scala Ad Caelum and find Kairi there before the past version of himself shows up and he runs out of time and then we get to explore all of the area, which is gorgeous to explore. It all looks beautiful to explore and it's amazing. We even see more than what we saw originally. And the whole time you're exploring, you have to find pieces of Kairi's heart. The last piece there is found when you fight the Darkside again. But there are still more pieces left to find but Sora is then out of time to find them because his past self arrives with Donald and Goofy and he then retreats into his own heart and then gets the idea to find the rest of the pieces by tracing the connection of all the other's hearts. So we then go back to the Guardians Of Light who're trying to keep Kingdom Hearts closed. But then other versions of Xehanort in armour and they're all forced into Kingdom Hearts itself and they have to fight off all the Xehanorts. And this part here is by far one of the most, if not, the most incredible part in the DLC. You get to fight as Riku, Lea, Roxas, Ven and Terra and you have to defend with King Mickey, Aqua and Xion. And this part was absolutely amazing. Some of them team up like with Riku and Terra, Lea and Aqua and Xion, Ven and Roxas, and, we see them interact, especially Roxas and Ven. That made me freak out. It was just so magical to see that happen. Anyway. this helps Sora get the sixth piece that he needs, but then the Guardians all get separated from each other and only King Mickey is left to do something. So you get to play as him which is awesome. And we get to see Sora helping him as he's trying to get to one keyhole in particular and helps him seal it which causes the Xehanorts to disappear. Sora then goes into it and we get to use him to shoot into a whole bunch of different keyholes which saves the Guardians and gives him the last piece of Kairi's heart. He even does the same keyhole routine he did in Kingdom Hearts 2 to open it and he saves Kairi. And I loved that. I honestly thought they were gonna kiss there, but they don't. But, then you play as either Sora or Kairi to fight Xehanort again and this is the part that made me the most excited. I obviously chose Kairi and it was amazing to do that. A dream come true. I've been wanting to play as Kairi forever and I finally got it. I can't even begin to describe my excitement during this scene. And we get an awesome reaction command with Sora and Kairi summoning wings and attacking Xehanort and moments of the two of them together are on the feathers. I loved that detail there. And then after you beat him, Sora, Kairi and the other Guardians arrive at the Keyblade Graveyard and they use their Keyblades to blast that version of Xehanort away. Sora even says "My friends are my power" again. But then the two of them disappear and we see past Sora, Donald and Goofy defeating Xehanort with the other Guardians going off to join them like what we saw at then end of the game and Sora and Kairi leave and go to the Final World and Sora begins to feel the effects of what the price is for when he traveled back in time. He's beginning to fade away and they then take Chirithy back with them. They then show the entire ending of Kingdom Hearts 3 again but Sora and Kairi are in all the scenes. They're on the wall of Disney Castle watching the fireworks with Chirithy, they're the ones who brought Chirithy to the Land Of Departure and that's how he was reunited with Ven. We then see them at the top of the Clock Tower of Twilight Town above everyone there eating ice cream and they were at Radiant Garden with it revealing that Sora freed Naminé from Kairi's heart. We then see the scene with everyone on Destiny Islands again and it looks absolutely beautiful and gorgeous. A whole lot better than it did originally. But then we see Sora and Kairi on the Paopu Tree but then it moves to Sora's face telling Kairi something and it's obvious that he was telling her about the price he had to pay for saving her because he then vanishes like in the original and that whole part made me cry again. Seeing that scene this time made me cry again like it did in the original. And this proves that Sora was really there. Me and a lot of people assumed he wasn't there at all originally. That maybe Kairi was just there by herself and she was just imagining him being there. But this proves that he was really there, but did actually vanish at that moment. And that did make me cry again. And that's that part done. But then we get another part where Riku is with Terra and they're talking and the Ven, Aqua and Terra go to the Realm Of Darkness because everyone is now looking for Sora. A year then goes by and we see Riku at Radiant Garden talking to Leon, Yuffie, Aerith and Cid. Apparently King Mickey, Donald and Goofy are looking in all the worlds Sora's been in, the Twilight gang are looking through Roxas and Xion's memories and Kairi has been asleep for a year believing her memories and heart to help them find him. But then we see Cid getting some data together and we then see another Data Sora like in Re:Coded and we have fight Data versions of the Organization members again. And a lot of these were really hard, especially Xion and Luxord. They were all hard but then when you finish beating them all. It's all kinda shown to be for nothing. But then the Fairy Godmother arrives and she says apparently Riku's dream might help them find Sora. And then that's the end of that part and we get one last where we have to get ready as Sora who's in a dark version of the Final World all by himself and he tries to see if anyone else is around and, somehow, Yazora is there. That guy from that game Rex was talking about in the Toy Box world. So, yeah, that's really weird and Sora says that some girl told him about him, which is curious. But then he begins to get some weapons out and Sora's transported to the top of a building somewhere that's most likely Shibuya. So, yeah, I didn't get that at all. But then you have to fight him and it is brutal. You actually have no choice but to die the first time which causes Sora to crystallise and then Yazora starts saying that he'll save him but then he wakes up in a car almost like it was a dream. So, that was weird, but then when you fight him again, you can win, but it is so hard. His attacks are so strong, he can move so fast, he can summon a giant sphere that places gigas all around you, he can take away pieces of your health, he can even take your items and use them himself. Even a Kupo coin so even if you beat him, he can still revive himself. And, especially, he can take your Keyblade and use it against you. I had to synthesize the Ultima Weapon in order to beat him. And, eventually, I did managed to beat him, but everything about him was so hard. But once you do beat him, he disappears and Sora reappears in the Final World with it being bright again. So that made me think that maybe that meant something. But then we see Yazora in the car again with a driver talking to him. Some people think the driver might have been Luxord, which is interesting when I think about it. And then we hear Sora and Yazora saying thing from the trailer again. Some people are saying that the bad ending is the real ending and some people are saying it's the good one. I'm willing to believe it's the good one that's real, But then we see that Yazora was actually voiced by Dylan Sprouse. And as a person who loved the Suite Life shows when I was a kid, that's really awesome. And it is really awesome to have him in Kingdom Hearts. And, that's it. After you beat him, it just says "An Oath To Return Kingdom Hearts". So that's curious. What's that mean and what's happening to Sora now? Did he make it back after that? Did he get to go back since he was in the bright Final World and does that mean he can go back? Is he still there and if so, what's gonna happen to him now? Just so many questions that I want answers to and I can't wait to see what the next installment for the series is. And, yeah, that's pretty much it. I loved Re:Mind and I loved what it did for Kingdom Hearts 3. Not everything I wanted was on here and I am confused about a few things, but for what they gave us, I loved every minute of it. And I can't wait to play it again. And, yeah, that's pretty much my review of Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind. My top 5 trademarks for anime characters

In a lot of different anime, a character might have something with them that sticks with them for the whole series. It can be either a piece of clouting or just some item they might carry around with them all the time. And a lot of them can be easily recognisable either to the character them self or the series they're in. I've seen a lot and liked a lot of them. And so, I'm gonna count down my top 5 favourites. And so, here it is and I hope you all like this.
5. The Millennium Puzzle (Yu-Gi-Oh!):

Starting us off at number 5 is one of the legendary Millennium Items. This one in particular not only houses the spirit of an ancient pharaoh, but also grants Yugi special powers that mainly Atem can command. It can allow them to swap from one to the other. And Atem will mainly come out when they're in a duel. And the puzzle can be used as like a necklace that Yugi always wears on a chain around his neck.
4. The Automail arm (Fullmetal Alchemist):

When it comes to Fullmetal Alchemist, the other options for this position could go to Ed's coat or his State Alchemist pocket watch, but, instead, I decided to go with his Automail arm considering it's the thing that's been with him since the beginning of the series. After the failed transmutation to bring they're mother back to life, Ed and Al's bodies were taken. Ed had to get a prosthetic arm and leg made of metal called Automail and I would say his most known one is his Automail right arm. Not only can he use it like a normal arm, but he can also use alchemy with it and can use alchemy to turn it into weapons like when he makes a small blade with it.
3. The Z Fighter's Gi (Dragon Ball)

At number 3 is the main clothes from Dragon Ball. This famous set of clothes is what Goku always wears. Not only does he wear it. but Krillan, Yamcha, and even Gohan have all worn it too. It consist of an orange shirt and pants along with blue shoes. a belt and wristbands. He they even sometimes wear a blue t-shirt underneath that can be weighted like the other blue clothing to help them train. And the look is so synonymous with Goku in particular. The symbol on the chest and back can change too depending on who he got the clothes from.
2. The Leaf Village Headband (Naruto):

Coming in close to number one is the headband worn by all Leaf Village shinobi. Every village in Naruto has a headband with that village's symbol on it and there's no doubt that the one for the Leaf Village is the most famous in the franchise. It's not even like the symbol is the most uniquely designed, but it's incredibly recognisable to the Naruto franchise that it'd be hard to find an anime fan who didn't know what this was.

And my number 1 favourite trademark for an anime character is... Luffy's straw hat:

And finally at number 1 is Luffy's treasure and prized possession, his Straw Hat. This is a hat that was left to him by Shanks when Luffy was seven. And he's been carrying it around with him nonstop ever since he got it. It's something Shanks told him to return to him when he became a great pirate. It's so recognisable to Luffy that that's how he got the nickname "Straw Hat Luffy", which is how everyone around the world knows him. Luffy even named his crew after it, "The Straw Hat Pirates". It's also been with him through a lot of times in his life like a whole bunch of fights or encounters. So much so that it's hard to imagine him without it or actually makes it weird to see him not wearing it. And it'll be really cool and even sad to see him depart with it if he ever properly gives it back to Shanks unless he decides to let him keep it. And all that is why Luffy's straw hat is my choice for the number 1 trademark for an anime character. And so, everyone, those are my picks for my top 5 trademarks for anime characters. New Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind news

So, with Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind coming tomorrow, I thought I'd run through all the news about it that's been coming out, especially recently. And, on the note of Kingdom Hearts, I'm hoping to start my Let's Plays of different games soon and I'll be uploading them as fast as I can, especially now that I've gotten a new computer that's running much faster than my laptop. Anyway, let's get into it. So, Re:Mind will be dropping in just a few hours, though, from where I am, I won't be playing it until tomorrow, so expect my review to be up then. But, for now, I thought I'd talk about the news that's been coming out lately and the new updates that started today. So, first off, we got the cover art for Re:Mind which is actually the one that we got for Kingdom Hearts 3 normally with Sora barefoot in the water holding a Paopu Fruit in his hand with a bit of it bitten off. And it's the same, but, this time, Kairi is with him.

So, that alone is amazing. I love how it looks like the two of them will be with each other soon. I know that's obvious, but it's still so awesome to think about it. And. we actually get the Oathkeeper and Oblivion Keyblades early. I already have the Oathkeeper thanks to the new updates that were just out today and they included the Oblivion and some people are telling me that apparently you can get it by finishing the game on Critical mode. I can't wait to get it and you technically already do if you have the Oathkeeper and use the special ability from it. It lets you use the Oathkeeper and Oblivion at the same time with strong attacks and it's amazing.


Seeing Sora, in a white suit tearing apart enemies has been so much fun so far and I can't wait to see what it's like when Re:Mind drops. I'm gonna get right to playing it as soon as I get home from work, so I'm so excited to see everything it can offer. 2019 recap and 2020 look ahead

So another thing that I do every year is that I talk about how I feel the year went and I give some thoughts about the next year and what's coming up. So, 2019, was a year where I know I didn't get a whole bunch of different entries, or even just a whole bunch of entries in general, but I'm glad I did some specific ones. Seeing how this is the year that Kingdom Hearts 3 finally came out. I've been talking about it for years and 2019 was the year it finally came out. I did countless entries leading up to it and it finally happened. I even did special things on the day, like recording my reaction to buying it and doing an unboxing of the Deluxe Edition. So that alone was incredible. But there was other things as well, like how this was when Avengers: Endgame, now the highest grossing film of all time, was released and when just a lot of great and weird stuff happened. Also, this is kind of a thing that's not related to any of that, but is just something to do with me for 2020. I've been in London since May of last year. At first, it was just for work for the summer, but now it's for time because it's been decided that I'm finally gonna have an operation on my face and hopefully to my throat too to get rid of most of the Cyst in my body. As I'm sure most of you know, I was born with Cystic Hygroma, which caused me to get a lump on my face and I needed to have a tracheostomy tube in my throat. But, this is the year when I finally get it all removed. I know that I'm gonna have an operation for my face at some point in the summer, and hopefully I'll have one for my throat too at around the same time. And so, that's something really big for. There are some other things that kinda relate to that, but I want to wait until around that time to talk about it. Anyway, this will also be the year I turn 21 and 2020 is the sixth year I've been doing this blog. And I've loved doing so much of this. It's been a lot of fun getting my thoughts on a lot of these things out there and people actually reading these. There's not that many reading anymore as much as there used to, which is sad for me, but thank you to everyone who is still reading. I really appreciate it and I hope you all like what I write and hopefully I'm making good content. Although, I do need to say this. I'm hoping to reach my 1000th entry this year, which is really cool for me. And I've already made over 900, but I have deleted some that I didn't really like from before and were just early ones that I didn't want on here. I'll be doing the same for some stories I've written because I want to make my 1000th entry a summery of my real and proper Daniel Danger story. It's something I think of every day and it's something I've told a friend of mine and he really liked it. It's definitely different from what I've done on here before and so I'm gonna delete the ones I've done here before. The new one I'm talking about is just gonna be a summary of the plot and hopefully it is really good and hopefully it's one that you all like too. I personally find it amazing how long I've been doing this and doing it has certainly helped me have a better judgement on movies and things like that and look at them in a different way. And I'm so glad I've had the chance to do this and come this far. And looking forward to doing much more and hopefully you're all reading this for as long as I write it. My top 10 releases of 2020

So, another thing I do every year is talk about my most anticipated release of the following year, so now we're on the one for this year. I couldn't think of that many this year and, yes, I did think of 10 again, but a couple of these may not seem very big or are actually some toys or figures, which I don't think I've included on these lists before, but, I'm still excited for all of these on some level. And some of these choices could change with time, but hopefully they're in the right spots now and I do plan on talking about these at some point. And so, let's begin and I hope you all like this.
10. The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge On The Run:

Starting us off at number 10 is the third movie for SpongeBob. The trailer that came out for it a few weeks ago didn't impress me that much, but I'm hoping the film is good and I'm hoping that this finally finishes SpongeBob forever because I love it, but it's been going on for way too long and so I'm hoping that this concludes it in some way. And the film itself does look visually cool, and I'm hoping they'll make the film just as cool and funny.
9. Eternals:

The first appearance for an M.C.U movie on here is Eternals. The reason this is so low on the list is because we don't know much about the film yet and I'm not that well versed about the Eternals in the comics. I know them, but I don't know much about them as characters, but maybe this could be like Guardians Of The Galaxy where we don't know much about them, but after their big screen outing, they become a lot more famous and well known. And, given how it's an M.C.U film, how could I not put it on here?
8. Black Widow:

The first M.C.U film that'll be out this year is Black Widow. I'm definitely more excited for this for a few reasons. One, me and a lot of other people have wanted a solo Black Widow movie for a while, we've know Black Widow in the M.C.U since Phase 1 and we've gotten to know her so well and she's shown to be super likeable, cool and a great character. So, learning more about her past could make her character a lot more enjoyable. I will say, the trailer for the film from a few weeks ago didn't impress me that much like the SpongeBob one, but given Marvel's track record with these movies, it's safe to say that they'll pull this one off too.
7. More Kingdom Hearts Bring Arts:

This is what I meant about figures at the beginning. I've been collecting these figures for Kingdom Hearts for months now and even one for things like different anime series. I even got some more for Christmas and I'm hoping to get so many more. More are being made for the characters in Kingdom Hearts 3 like Roxas and Xion. So I'm looking forward to getting all those. I'm really hoping to get the current ones. I already have ones for Kingdom Hearts 3 Sora, Kairi and Pirate Sora that I got myself and then some other ones that my family got me. And I'm hoping to get ones for Riku, Lea, King Mickey and those other ones I mentioned a moment ago.
6. Soul:

At number 6 is the first Pixar movie on here, Soul. looking at the trailer that came out a while back, I'm curious to know what it's about and what the premise will be like. I have a feeling that not knowing that much about will make it even better because a fair amount of Pixar movies are like that. Not knowing much helps the enjoyment more and helps will keeping people guessing what will helping.
5. Raya And The Last Dragon:

The next Disney Classic is Disney's lineup is apparently gonna be this film. Given the fact that it's clearly the next Disney Classic should be enough to make me excited, but some of the interesting facts behind the scenes are just as exciting. Apparently some of the crew behind Avatar: The Last Airbender are gonna be working on it, and a lot the details they've mentioned about it have made it sound like the story could be really unique and cool. With the premise looking like it's gonna be focused on a girl trying to find some dragon, that makes me curious to know what the characters will be like and what they'll be searching for outside of that.
4. Disney +:

Next on the list is the online program from Disney, Disney +. I know this is released already in America, but it's not gonna be released here until March. And I'm looking forward to so much fun with it. So much Disney entertainment on one website and new original shows like all the Marvel shows and The Mandalorian. I'm just looking forward to so much content from it.
3. Onward:

In terms of the animated movies of this year, I think Onward might be the most anticipated for me at the moment considering it's the only one on here that we know much about. Seeing how it's out in just two months from now. I'm mainly excited to see what the resolution of the movie is and I'm also greatly excited to see Chris Pratt and Tom Holland in an animated movie. And the fact that it's a Pixar movie makes it even better.
2. Final Fantasy VII Remake:

Coming in close to number 1 is the remake for this super popular game. Given how well-known Final Fantasy VII is, giving it a remake with the content we've seen could be so amazing. The footage we've seen has made it look beautiful game with it looking like a hack and slash R.P.G, which I hope is what it is. I'm really excited to see this story in form and the way they'll do it and see all the awesome moments in it with this kind of technology.
And my number 1 most anticipated release of 2020 is... Kingdom Hearts 3: Re:Mind:

And finally at number 1 is the extension D.L.C for Kingdom Hearts 3, Re:Mind. It's kinda funny that the same thing has made the number 1 of this list 3 years in a row now. And this is here for a lot of reasons. But a lot of them just steam from the fact that we're seeing more from the story of Kingdom Hearts 3. We'll be seeing the Final Fantasy characters in it and more playable characters. All that, and even the stuff we don't know about makes me super excited. The fact that we'll be getting to play as Kairi with Sora as a party member is what makes me the most giddy and what we've seen from her makes her look so powerful. And the fact that's out this month just like the regular version of Kingdom Hearts 3 was, I don't know if I can even describe my excitement. And all that is why Kingdom Hearts 3: Re:Mind is my most anticipated release of 2020. And so everyone, those are my picks for my top 10 most anticipated releases of 2020. My top 5 movies of 2019

And so, everyone it's time again to talk about my favourite movies of 2019. I chose 5 this year again like I did last year because I didn't see that many films this year either. It was kinda hard to rank my top 2 movies because I loved both equally, but I think I put them where I wanted to. And, like I just said, I didn't see that many movies this year even though there were plenty that people really liked and thought were really good. For some of these, I either couldn't get around to seeing them or I wasn't interested like Once Upon A Time In Hollywood or Joker. I might get around to seeing them at some point, I just haven't gotten around to them yet. Anyway, let's get started and I hope you all like this.
5. Frozen 2:

Starting us off at number 5 is the newest Disney Classic and the sequel to one of the most famous Disney films ever, Frozen 2. Given how amazing the first film is and how impactful it's been, and with how a sequel to Wreck-It Ralph came out the year before, it was obvious that this film was gonna get a sequel too. And while it's not perfect, or really even amazing, there are a lot of great elements in this and there were a good amount of things that I absolutely loved, but, yeah, there are some messy things in it, and it's not even close to being one Disney's best, but I still had a good time with it and I can't wait to get it on DVD and add it to my Disney Classics collection.
4. How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World.

At number 4 is the ending film for this almost decade long running franchise. I always felt like if these Dragon movies had a climatic film, they'd do it this way. And, like I kinda said in my review, that's both a positive and negative. On one side, what happens feels predictable and Grimmel is still a super boring villain. But all the great in it still really great. And as a closure for these Dragon movies, I can't imagine how hard it could have been to think of how to do this properly given how DreamWorks has messed up third movies in a franchise before. There was one other good one, and this is another and it's great to see these characters put in a place that feels right for them. And the scenery and just everything in its detail is still just as impressive as the last two. Overall, a good ending film for this series and it's been a really great ride.
3. Spider-Man: Far From Home:

The first appearance from an M.C.U movie on here is Spider-Man: Far From Home. Given how this was a sequel for my favourite superhero ever and the fact that it was a followup to a fantastic movie like Homecoming, I was slightly underwhelmed by this and it does have some noticeable problems that I mentioned in my original review, but I still loved a lot of elements here. Peter is still amazing here, like he has been every time we've seen him in the M.C.U, the action is really awesome and Mysterio is still a great villain, even if he does go bit over the top a few time. And, again, seeing this superhero in this M.C.U and being part of this world is always incredible to me. And I can't wait for the next film.
2. Avengers: Endgame:

Coming in close to number 1 is the film that might actually be the best film experience I've ever had in a cinema, Avengers: Endgame. And you might be wondering why I say that and it's at number 2. And that's because, upon watching it more, there are some things I don't love and some scenes that're kinda too long, but all the amazing things in this is totally overshadows the bad stuff by so much. The fact that this is probably the most epic film I've ever seen and with it being the combination of so many years and films and with it executing it as well as it does is so impressive. It's so huge and yet it never loses track of the main plot and still makes every scene feel even bigger and all the payoffs that occur make me smile and cheer every time I see it. It was also the first movie this year to make me cry. I could talk about this film for hours, but I'm sure you've all seen the movie by now and know all of this yourselves, especially seeing how it's now the highest grossing film of all time, so I don't need to talk how huge this movie is and why it's so incredible.
And my number 1 favourite movie of 2019 is... Toy Story 4:

And finally at number 1 is the film ended a childhood story for me and is on here for more of a subjective reason. I know a lot of people would place Endgame above this, but I don't think any movie this year gave me this fulfilling of an experience as Toy Story 4 did. With everyone, including myself, hoping that they wouldn't make this because the first three were so perfect, we were all surprised that this was just as perfect and did a fantastic job at closing a lot of character arcs. And everything else in between was done amazing too and was just as funny and emotional. It even had a pretty tragic villain story and it made it the most different Toy Story film and was the second film to make me cry this film. This is also a bit more personal, like I said, mainly due to my love of Disney, Pixar and Toy Story, but the film itself is just so well made and well told that I couldn't help but put it at the number 1 spot. Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise Of Skywalker

And so, everyone, we've reached the end of this new sequel trilogy for Star Wars, The Rise Of Skywalker. And people's reactions to these new movies have been really crazy these past few years. And I find a lot of it ridiculous with what people are saying. I've liked a lot of things about the last two episodic movies and I found them really enjoyable. And this movie had a lot of things stacked up against it. For one, it's the last of these new movies, it's being directed by J.J Abrams again with The Last Jedi previously being directed by Rian Johnson and it's having to work out a lot in so little time. And so, did I find it super enjoyable and think it lived up to the hype? Well... no, not really. I didn't hate the film and there were some aspects to it that I thought were cool and some of it was some of the coolest Star Wars moments I think I've ever seen. The rest however is just a really huge mess that really doesn't work for what they're trying to tell. A lot of this film is either boring, doesn't amount to much or is kinda ridiculous, even by Star Wars standards. And a lot of the choices they make are so bizarre that they just don't work at all and feel like they're going out on a limb. But, before we go into all that, let's get the story out of the way. And yes, like I always do, I'm gonna do a non-spoiler section first and then I'll do all the spoilers after. So, what's the story? So after the events of The Last Jedi, Rey is being trained by Leia while Finn and Poe are busy trying to get information about the First Order in an attempt to defeat them. All the while, Kylo is looking for Rey and is now the leader of the First Order after killing Snoke in the last film. And Rey herself is feeling a pull to the Dark Side and is experiencing feelings of new powers and everything. And I'm gonna stop there. I know that didn't sound like much, but I feel like saying anymore would give away too much. So, before I get into the problems, I'll talk about the positives. So, like any of the new Star Wars movies, the main essentials are still there. The effects and performances are still great. The movies from this sequel trilogy always get those right, and out of everything in the film, Kylo Ren is by far the best part. He's always been a highlight for these movies and he's still great. Every time he's on screen, he makes up for a lot for some of the problems. The rest of the cast and characters are good, but some of them don't get a lot to do. Anyway, back to the positives, there are one or two scenes with him that don't work and are kinda weird, but everything else with him are awesome. I also liked how they had Leia in this. Obviously Carrie Fisher unfortunately passed away a couple of years ago, but what they do to have her in this, I thought they did a good job and it was nice to see her. And there were some other moments that're spread out that I really liked. The action is also cool and there are some pretty cool settings for them. However, besides all that good stuff, there are a lot of bad stuff. For one, the pacing's not good. The film can feel really fast at points and really slow which can it feel boring at points. And, I think my biggest issue with the film is the course it had to take due to the direction The Last Jedi took for it. I do still like The Last Jedi, despite a lot of people's opinions on it, but because of what they did in it, it created a lot of problems for this film because they're trying to work out how to make a story, but a lot of it doesn't make much sense because of it. I'm clearly trying to avoid going too deep into it, but there's so much in this film that doesn't work and it feels really contrived. It feels a little like another movie that came out this year already and that aspect to it was really distracting, especially towards the end. Though, I feel like I should say this, people's opinions on these movies is just totally hurtful. Obviously not to me, but I mean to the people who make them. People have been saying really horrible things about the filmmakers behind these films and it's just nonsense. I get other people have more of a connection to these Star Wars movies, but given how a lot of people work really hard on these movies, and while I am currently talking about the problems of this film, I don't consider the people who worked on it bad people, they're just filmmakers doing their job and just trying to make a bit of entertainment. I find it so crazy when people talk about how these new filmmakers for Star Wars are the worst because of it. I find it cruel when people talk about these people nowadays. Yes, they can make good or bad movies, but that's not deserving of all this ridicule. I feel I should bring that up due to me hearing so many people's opinions about these things. But back to the film itself, I feel like there was definitely a lot of great ideas and talent behind this, but because of some of the limits that were set with the last few films, they couldn't go through with a lot of it. And, like I said, there's a lot of things in the plot that feel really contrived and as some scenes went, I kept thinking that some of these ideas just didn't work at all. Especially with one character who returns who I don't think should have. Some other characters feel like a bit like a shoe-in or just completely irreverent and eventually resolution at the end when everything is wrapping, it doesn't feel very satisfying and there's one thing that a character says that just feels out of nowhere. The film also has some scenes that they'll have in scene and then never bring up again, so that made me think why did they put it in in the first place. So to wrap up the spoiler free section here, Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker is definitely a disappointing conclusion to these new episodic Star Wars movies and it does have a seriously messy story, but it's not like this is an a horrible movie. There's good stuff in it, but just doesn't work as a story and I was really expecting more and better. So, really I guess I would recommend it, but it's very disappointing and I hope something comes up some time in the future that everyone can agree on and it can be considered good. There's a lot I'm looking forward to in terms of Disney and Star Wars, like The Mandalorian on Disney+ when it's available where I am. Okay, so that one character who I was talking about who I felt shouldn't have been in this was The Emperor. Somehow he survived the explosion when Darth Vader threw him into that reactor and then he commands Kylo to find Rey. That part there doesn't work for me. I guess they could do that much with it considering Kylo killed Snoke in the last movie, but it didn't work for me and it's so weird when it's revealed that Snoke was just some clone that Sidious himself created and is the one who's been behind everything. And then he somehow raises a whole bunch of ships that just came out of nowhere. This is one of the things I was talking about when I said there were contrived moments in this. And then with Rey, Finn, Poe, Chewie, R2 and C-3PO, they're looking for something called a Sith Wayfinder to find Sidious. That was just so bizarre and weird that that's apparently a thing. And then they meet Lando and it was nice to see him. He was cool even if it did feel a little odd. The scene I was mentioning about what's put into the movie and then never brought up again is the fact that wen they're on the dessert planet, the five of them are sinking and as they are, it's obvious that Finn was gonna say that he loves Rey, but he gets cut off and then that's never mentioned again. And then we even see Rey's power of the Dark Side when she accidentally uses Force Lightning on the ship they thought Chewie was on and they even think he's dead. I do actually think that scene was well done. I felt the stakes there and it was pretty chilling when it happened. Then we meet an old friend of Poe's who manages to help them when C-3PO has information about that dagger they find and they encrypt it out of him but it causes him to lose all of him memories. And I thought that was good, but then they kinda recon it when R2 restores it. I guess that was supposed to be a joke. But then they find out that Chewie is still alive and they go to find him on the ship where Kylo finds Rey and they have a fight through the Force like how they were indicating in The Last Jedi. And I liked how they had that, a Lightsaber fight through the same Force ability they were showing in the last movie. But, what I don't like about that scene on the ship is the eventual reveal. So, apparently Rey is Sidious's granddaughter. That just doesn't work at all. I was watching the movie as that was revealed and I thought to myself "What?" Because that doesn't work for me. I guess it would explain how she's so powerful, but it still doesn't make much sense to me. And then Rey and the others go to this planet where the remains of the Death Star are and they discover that a Sith Wayfinder is on it, so Rey decides to go and get it by herself. Again, the fact that that's a thing is still weird, and the fact that it was in the Death Star is even weirder. But then Kylo arrives and destroys it which leads to a fight between the two of them. And that action scene was awesome. I loved everything that happens in this scene. The fight, the fact that Rey almost kills Kylo, but then Leia dies and she senses it too, the fact that she heals him and saves him, her taking his ship and then, easily, the best part of this movie is with Han. Because Kylo, or Ben at this point, sees him and it's like the talk they had on the bridge in The Force Awakens. I loved that and I love how you feel for Ben because he tries to say "I love you" to him, and I was really sympathising with him there. And it was really cool the way he threw his old Lightsaber away and he turns good. And Rey even takes his ship and flies to the planet where Luke was and plans on staying there because of the pull she was feeling to the Dark Side. But then Luke's Force Ghost arrives and even catches the Lightsaber she was about to throw into the ship fire. And it was nice that Luke admits that he was wrong and that he's changed. And she even gets Leia's Lightsaber and she uses Luke's ship to fly to Sidious and then begins the climax. And there's a lot I liked and disliked about the climax. For one, starting with the positives, the actual reveal about Rey's parents being people who were trying to protect her was nice and the ship to ship fights were cool. We even see Ben arrive and Rey uses the Force transfer to give him the Lightsaber. That was really cool. On the other side though, on the contrived parts again, this is where a lot of things don't make much sense. Because, somehow, a whole bunch of ships arrive, by shear coincidence and it doesn't make any sense at all. Poe just says they'll come and they do. And, with Rey, we get, what I consider, the big copy of this movie. As Sidious pushes her and Ben down, she hears all the previous Jedi rooting for her as she's getting up with Luke and Leia's Lightsabers and Sidious says "I am all the Sith" and then Rey says "I am all the Jedi." I can't be the only one who thought that was just like Endgame this year when Tony said "I am Iron Man." And then she uses his own Force Lightning against him and disintegrates him. That's also like when Tony dusted Thanos. Anyway, this also kinda causes her to die until Kylo saves her and then he dies. But before that, she kisses him. I so did not need that to happen. She should not have done that. But, anyway, then the movie ends with Rey going to Tatooine and burying Luke and Leia's Lightsabers and it's even revealed that her staff is a Lightsaber too. She also tells some person there that she's deciding to call herself Rey Skywalker. I thought that both kinda nice, but also really weird. And that's really it. The eventual resolution, as I said, is still kinda weird there and doesn't feel very satisfying. I'm not exactly sure what could have fixed it, but there's so much in this that doesn't work and I feel they had lot of opportunities with these films, but they didn't use them. So, overall, I didn't hate this film. I had fun with some scenes and there are some things here that're really well handled, but the rest of the film is very messy and it doesn't work as a climactic finale for these films. It's kinda hard to talk about how I'm feeling about this film exactly, but I feel like they should have at least thought about this trilogy more and knew what they were gonna do.
