Cars 3

So everyone, we've arrived at the latest Pixar movie and a movie that I wasn't anticipating that much. I was a little because it's a Pixar movie and I'm always excited for those. But, from what I was hearing about it and seeing from the trailers, it didn't look like anything that interesting. And so, what did I think of it? Yeah, it's pretty much what I was expecting. It was just kind of an "eh" kinda movie. Nothing special or really great in it. Which is so strange because you all know I love Pixar movies. But the Cars franchise has always been known for being the lesser side of Pixar. And this is an example. I didn't hate this movie, but I don't know if I can say I liked it. I liked parts of it. But it just wasn't anything special as I just said. And yes, I'm going to do a spoiler free part of the review and then I'm going to do spoilers later on. What's the story? It opens up with Lightning about to do a race again and he's still winning and he's still at the top. But then a new car named Storm is now beating him in the races being a car with new technology being inside him with new training and modifications to new models of racing cars. Soon more new modelled cars are coming in and making the old cars retire or get fired. When Lightning tries to hard in a race against Storm, he burns his engine and crashes. Some time later he's back to normal but the colour on him is gone and people around him are saying that he should retire. When he gets an idea to try to use the new simulator to get faster, he's brought to some new centre to train. He then meets two cars named Cruz and Sterling who want him to train normally and build it up more and more but he feels like this isn't helping him. Especially with how Cruz is training him. And that's where I'm going to stop. So, let's go over the things I liked. Well, with this being a Pixar movie, the animation is of course amazing. I wouldn't say it's some of Pixar's, or even Disney's best, but it's still great animation. There were some characters with interesting backstories and the voice acting is, again, amazing. That's something Pixar always gets right too. Also, there are times when the cars are doing some new moves and things like that during the races and some of them I thought were kinda cool. And I think what I liked the most was something to do with Doc. I'll get into that in the spoiler section. I really liked that. Okay, that's what I liked. Now, what I did not like here. Firstly, and really the biggest problem is the story. It's so dumb. Not only is it super predictable, but a lot of it is also really boring. I knew exactly what was going to happen for about 97% of it. There were one or two twists, but they weren't very big or mind blowing. And the whole dilemma with Lightning and how whether or not he should actually retire or not wasn't that interesting. I could easily tell where it was gonna go. It also really slows down a lot. And I do mean a lot. There's a lot of slow pacing in this movie and, where some of it can be interesting and entertaining, it's just not that engaging. And that issue is the same with some relationship that Lightning is forming with some fan to help her. And some of it is nice and heart-warming, but it's mostly just bland, predictable, been done before and it's just not interesting. I don't want to make it sound like I didn't like this movie, it's just disappointingly a bit hollow. They do try to make an interesting story with Lightning and Doc, and I would say that that mostly does work but that doesn't entirely save the movie from the rest of it and what it's trying to do. I would say that with all the things I liked and disliked, this really ends up as a very middle of the road movie, which just isn't good enough from a film studio like Pixar. I think we can all agree that the Cars franchise is definitely the lest of all of Pixar. Not awful and there are some good things in it. I didn't dig it that much. Hopefully the other Pixar movie coming out this year, Coco, is even better and I can't wait for that. For this, I would say I was entertained for the most part but it's far from Pixar's best work. It's not bad and there are somethings to cling to here, but I just couldn't get that into it. Okay, firstly, I would say the biggest spoiler is the biggest thing I liked here and that was the connection that Lightning is keeping with Doc. Because, if you remember in Cars 2 if you saw that movie, they showed that somehow Doc died, and here, they actually make a really nice emotional connection there. They show how much Doc meant to him and they show that Doc training him was the best part of his life. And that scene I thought was really heart warming and worked. The ending when Lightning was decided he was going to become Cruz's new trainer and teach her like how Doc taught him was what I meant when I said it was nice, but not really compelling. It was also kinda cool to see Chick Hicks back again, although it seemed a little forced. There's also that scene in that demolition yard and that was kinda weird and almost kinda outta nowhere. And I didn't like how Lightning the just yelled at Cruz and was really mean to her. And the last real one is when we meet Smoky who was Doc's old friend. And I liked him and those other old cars as well. I thought they added something to the movie and they were one of the best parts. I thought they were one of the best and enjoyable moments. And so everyone, those are really the spoilers for Cars 3. I don't dislike this movie, but, as I said, it's far from Pixar's best movie ever. Go see it yourself and draw your own conclusion, but you're most likely going to have problems with it yourself. I guess I sorta liked it, I just didn't find it all that engaging. I WAS WATCHING ALL OF D23 AND I WENT INSANE WHEN I SAW THIS NEW TRAILER. AND WE KNOW WHAT THE NEW WORLD IS. IT'S TOY STORY. THEY'RE DOING TOY STORY IN KINGDOM HEART 3. I LOST MY MIND WHEN I SAW IT AND I STILL AM. THAT'S WHY I'M WRITING LIKE THIS BECAUSE I WISH I COULD JUST YELL HOW EXCITED AND HAPPY I AM RIGHT NOW. I AM ABSOLUTELY GOING INSANE. WE EVEN GOT A RELEASE DATE. IT'S SET FOR 2018 WHICH IS NEXT YEAR. AND CONDERING THIS YEAR IS ALREADY GOING BY REALLY FAST, I CANNOT WAIT. I'M SO EXCITED AND I JUST WANTED TO MAKE THIS SMALL ONE TO SHOW HOW MUCH I'M EXCITED. I CANNOT WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR. HERE IT IS AND I HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY.

My top 10 Cartoon Network shows

So a few months ago I made two lists of my favourite shows from Disney Channel and Nickelodeon. So I thought I'd go ahead and make one for Cartoon Network. Cartoon Network shows are some of the first shows I ever watched and loved and got me into cartoons as well as just TV in general. So now I'm going to be counting down my 10 favourite shows from it. You probably know what my number 1 is gonna be, but I'm going to talk about the rest anyway. And so, let's begin and I hope you all like this.
10. Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends: Starting us off is maybe one of the first cartoons I ever watched, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. I'd say what I think drives this show isn't the characters, I think it's the stories in these episodes. I'm not saying every episode is good, but I'm saying the stories in a lot of them are really good and really entertaining. The basic plot of this is that it follows these imaginary creatures that anyone can create by thinking of them and just saying it or something like that. And the characters are a mixed bag. First there's Bloo, who I hate because he's selfish, stupid and greedy. There's also Mac who created him who's only 8 years old. The other main imaginary friends are Edwardo, Wilt and Coco. And I like a lot of the stories in these episodes. I think a lot of them are really creative and entertaining.
9. Regular Show: I actually only got into this semi recently because my brother thought it was pretty bad and one YouTuber said he didn't like it. But then I watched it and I find it pretty enjoyable. I found it pretty funny and likeable. It's about a blue jay named Mordecai and a racoon named Rigby who are best friends and they work at this park and they constantly cause trouble that they have to fix it or could also just bite them in the face. And that can get pretty funny in a lot of episode. Note, I'm not saying every episode is good again, but it's still a good time and it's funny to watch them with their other friends who work there as well like Skips, Muscle Man, Pops, Benson and Hi-Five Ghost.
8. Adventure Time: This might come as a surprise to some because Adventure Time is the most beloved Cartoon Network show. But, even though I don't consider it my favourite, it's still really, really great. It's about a boy named Finn and a dog named Jake who go on these different adventures. And a lot of them are really creative an there's a lot of comedy in this show as well as a lot of emotion, surprisingly enough. And a lot of the things they see are really cool and creative as I said. Like the main villain of the show named Ice King, who's pretty funny. There's also the candy kingdom with Princess Bubblegum. That may sound strange to some, but they make it so that it's really good and entertaining. And I really do like the many different adventures they go on.
7. Ed, Edd 'n Eddy: Another one of the first shows I've ever seen is Ed, Edd 'n Eddy. The main premise for this is that it's about these 3 boys actually named Ed, Edd (or Double D as they call him in the show), and Eddy who live in this cul de sac and they're always trying to pull off these scams on the other kids around them to get money to get jawbreakers. Ed is an idiot who's just stupid all the time, Double D is a smart, nerdy, dorky neat freak who sorta tries to get them out of trouble and Eddy is a selfish, greedy, mean guy who's only care in life is getting money for jawbreakers. Pretty much every episode is about them trying to do these scams and a lot of them are pretty entertaining and there are quite a lot of funny moments.
6. Robotboy: The last of the shows I grew up with is Robotboy. One of the best action cartoons when I was a kid. I remember as a kid being really into this show and it's action. It's about a robot named Robotboy who stays with a boy named Tommy with his two friends, Gus and Lola. And Robotboy is constantly being targeted by villains who want to kidnap him to rule the world. And I remember thinking this was a cool show and one with cool animation and cool designs. I just found it super enjoyable.
5. Johnny Test: I know some people might not like that I'm putting this show above some of these other shows, but I really like Johnny Test. If you wanna know my full thoughts on it, go read the top 10 favourite episodes list I made last year. Quick thoughts are that I think it's really fun, funny and undeniably really enjoyable. Not perfect and there are bad moments, bad episodes and really dumb moments, but I still find really great in my opinion and really watchable. If you don't like it, that's fine, I just find it super fun to watch and I would recommend you watch it if you haven't started already.
4. Ben 10: This is a show I grew up with and really followed for years. Now, I'm talking about the original Ben 10 show from 2005 to 2008. I think this was the TV show I looked up to as a kid. I remember loving it and thinking it was a awesome show. Especially an awesome superhero show. It's about a boy named Ben  finds a device from space called the Omnitrix that allows him to become 17 aliens. He starts off with 10, but then he gets more. And all summer he's fighting these criminals or other aliens who're trying to take over the world like the evil villain, Vilgax with his cousin Gwen and his grandpa Max. I found this show so intriguing when I was a kid and I was really into it. My cousin was also a fan of it and would talk about it a lot and buy a lot of action figures from it. We were so into it.
3. The Marvellous Misadventure of Flapjack: Again, if you wanna now my full thought on this show, check out my top 10 favourite episodes from this show. Long story short, it's a super enjoyable and funny show. Recently I've been watching a lot of episodes again and some of them have gotten even better than when I made that list. I've understood a lot more of the jokes, I've laughed at a lot more, the stories become more entertaining for me and I understand a lot more of the plots that I sorta had trouble with understanding last time. It's all just super enjoyable and I find a lot of it super energetic, especially the K'nuckles And His Hilarious Problem episode.
2. The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy: One show that I've only ever mentioned once and have never spoken about how much I love it is The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. This show is about a stupid boy named Billy and a mean girl named Mandy who have the Grim Reaper as their friend and they always go on different adventures and get into a lot of trouble and situations. A lot of this show is centred around those things and how really entertaining it is. I mean I love this show, it might be one of my favourite shows ever. I have such nostalgia for it. I watch a lot of them as many times as I can and I may even make a top 10 favourite episodes for it one day.

And my number 1 favourite Cartoon Network show is... Chowder: A lot of you probably saw this coming, but in case you didn't, Chowder is my favourite Cartoon Network show. I love this show and it just might be my second favourite TV show of all time behind SpongeBob. I've talked about this show a lot on this blog, in fact, my top 10 Chowder episodes list is actually my most popular entry, and I do love this show. There are so many fantastic episodes, so many unforgettable lines and characters, really great animation, funny premises, amazing writing and so many fantastic moments. I just love this show so much and think it's really underrated. If you haven't seen this show yet, I strongly, strongly recommend you start watching it because I love it and I love watching so many of these amazing episodes and quoting a lot of them too and I'm sure I'm never going to be sick of this show either. My top 5 villains I hope will be the main villain in Spider-Man: Homecoming 2

(Before we start, I just wanna clear something, in case anyone's wondering where the new Daniel Danger story is after I said it would be next, I'm still thinking of the middle part of the first story and then when I do, I'll have it posted. But, for now, this.) So obviously I loved Spider-Man: Homecoming. It's my favourite movie of the year so far and it might be my favourite Spider-Man movie. So with a sequel coming out in 2019 , I thought it would be a good idea to look at his many different villains and choose the ones I want to see be the main villain. In fact, I'm going to count down my top 5 possible and the number 1 I do want to see be the main villain. Although, the only ones I won't be including are Doc Ock, Sandman, Lizard, Electro and Rhino because they were in the last ones. And so, let's begin.
5. Green Goblin:

Starting us off is the best Spider-Man villain ever, the Green Goblin. And I know you might be wondering why I'm putting him on here when he was already used twice in the two previous Spider-Man franchises. But I love this character. He's one of my favourite comic book villains. I would love to see him on screen again. I also think it would be cool if they could do the suit comic accurate by making the mask C.G.I so it can move like in the comics. And I would, again, love if they could do this character again. Especially if they can do it kinda like how he was done in the original Spider-Man trilogy.
4. Kraven:

One of the more interesting villains I think would be great to see is Kraven. They've never done him in a movie before and I think it would be cool to see him. Especially if they take inspiration from the graphic novel, Kraven's Last Hunt. This is one of the best Spider-Man stories ever.

They really got the portrayal of both characters so right in that story and so I would love to see him on screen like the way he like in this story. It would be so cool.
3. Scorpion:

Probably the most obvious on the list is Scorpion. If you saw the movie, then you know that they sorta teased Scorpion with that guy who had that scorpion tattoo on his neck. And so yeah, I'm pretty sure they're going to do him in the next one. And if they do, I would love to do a great portrayal of the character. Especially since they did a great job with Vulture in the first movie.
2. Carnage:

Next up is the most violent comic book character of all time, Carnage. I think Carnage would be interesting to see because he's such a cool villain and given the fact that he's so violent gives a lot of opportunity for this to have a ton of amazing action scenes. And I would especially really love to see this character in live action. Just seeing the red symbiote be in a live action movie. I know we already saw the regular symbiote in Spider-Man 3.
And the number 1 villain I want to see be the main villain in Spider-Man: Homecoming 2 is... Venom:

Speaking of which, at number 1 is Venom. I know he was in Spider-Man 3, but I'm pretty sure we all want to forget that version. I think we should get a proper on screen version of him. He's one of the best Spider-Man villains ever and having him in the M.C.U and fighting Spider-Man would be phenomenal. And I would also love to see him on screen in his proper design because he looked a little scrawny in the original. And so seeing that full physique on screen for the first time would be awesome and it would also be awesome if he had a real and longer screen time so we can get more of him and hopefully they can get a great actor to play him. And I especially hope they do a better build up for his character in stead of just trying to slap him in there for no reason. And so everyone, those are my picks for the five villains I hope will be the main villain in Spider-Man: Homecoming 2. The Lion Guard: The Savannah Summit

So on Saturday, I did a review for one of the new episodes of the Lion Guard, Babysitter Bunga and I found it enjoyable. Not fantastic like some other Lion Guard episodes, but still enjoyable. And so I started this episode sorta hoping it would be better and one of the better episodes we've gotten in a while. And so was it? Well, it's definitely better than Babysitter Bunga, but I don't think I can say it's one of the best episodes ever. Although, it is the best in a while. I would say since Lion Of The Outlands. The rest before this and after that episode have been good, but I think this might be the best since then. Not one of the best ever, but still. What's the story? It opens up with Mtoto hearing something going on at Pride Rock and the Guard see Makuu heading towards it. They attack him but then Simba tells them that he invited him for the Savannah Summit which is something the leaders of the Pride Lands do to work out ideas to make ideas to keep the peace. Makuu is the leader of the crocodiles which is why he's invited and he's telling everyone that he's changed and he has come to make things right. But then the other leaders are doubting him too as well as the Guard. So now it's them trying to decide what to do, trust him or not. So, from that, they manage to make one of best plots in the show in a while. Especially with the execution of it. This coulda gone down a really predictable route. It coulda been like this. Makuu acts like a good guy but he's just trying to trick everyone and then there's a fight. But it's not like that. It does something I wasn't expecting at all. Which is something I like in this show if it's done well. And I think this episode did do this one well. I also like how it didn't have to do the typical formula you'd usually see in the show as I said there. A lot of things they addressed here actually reminded me a little bit of Zootropolis. And by that I mean they do sort of a prejudice story with Makuu and the other animals. I was also sorta thinking that this is different from other episodes, not just because of what I said about that thing there with that prejudice thing, but there are also no actions scenes and Kion doesn't use the roar. He didn't use it in the last episode either. And so that whole aspect of this episode I really enjoyed and found to be interesting at points. Especially the big turning point for a specific character in particular. I won't ruin who just in case, but, even though I thought it was kinda odd and little out of place because I thought it didn't seem like the character, I still liked it. And I liked a lot of other aspects to this episode too. Especially the whole thing with the Lion Guard themselves getting sorta the wrong idea about Makuu. I guess that is kinda spoilers, but still. And it's great how they keep thinking he's about to do something but it never happens, surprisingly. And I found a lot of things in this episode really interesting too. And by that I mean I was never bored. There are also quite a few funny moments. Especially scenes between Bunga and Mtoto. I won't spoil that, but I thought it was pretty funny. And the Mufasa scene I thought was pretty moving too. Some of these episodes have a couple of second where Kion's talking to Mufasa for advice and the one here I thought was one of better scenes with that because it got him thinking a littler deeper. Really, the best I can say for this is that I think it's a huge improvement over the last few and I really enjoyed it. Sorry there isn't much to say, but everything I've talked about before in other Lion Guard episode reviews are the same here. The characters, voice cast and animation are all still amazing and I doubt that'll ever change. And this episode is definitely the best we've had in a while in my opinion from the presentation of the story and how the characters handle it. That's really all I can say I think. So yeah, I'm definitely recommending you check this out if you like the show. I can't wait for the next episodes coming out soon, especially the Rise of Scar. The Lion Guard: Babysitter Bunga

So, again, I haven't spoken a lot about the Lion Guard lately and I suppose that's because there hasn't been a lot to talk about for a while. But now, two new episodes have come out and I'm going to do reviews for them. So let's get started with the first one, Babysitter Bunga. I actually had almost forgotten about these new episodes until a little recently when I remembered them all again. So I watched the two newly released episodes that came out yesterday and I will say, while I was really excited like I always am for new episodes of this show, I wasn't "that" much. Or at least, not as much as some of the more episodes that'll be out soon this month. But I was still excited and I watched them both and, while not some of my favourites ever, they're still good. What's the story? After a bunch of zebras are attacked by Reirei and the other jackals, Bunga helps a baby zebra and then he's asked to babysit it. Then a bunch of other animals ask him to watch they're kids for a while. So while Bunga is keeping an eye on them, he sorta takes a little bit of it too far and now the Lion Guard have to cope with not having him around for a while. Also, Reirei comes back and she has a plan to keep the Guard busy. Sorta. So, again, as I said before when I was talking about these upcoming new episodes, I was talking about the fact that the idea I had for this episode, with Bunga having to look after a bunch of young animals sounded like a good idea because that coulda opened up a lot of great and funny ideas. And, while I wouldn't say this episode takes all those ideas, it does take most of them and this episode is funny in parts, especially with Goigoi. And, like I said, there are some funny ideas I was thinking about that this episode does like how Bunga could think of a bunch of dangerous ideas to do with the young animals to almost get them killed. (Not literally, but, you know what I mean.) And, they do some of that. He does think of a bunch of funny and dangerous things to do with them, but I wouldn't say there were tons. I think there's only one real one and the rest is sorta, I wouldn't say safe, but, not as dangerous. The rest of the episode is good too. The Guard is trying to learn to do things without Bunga like trying to rescue an animal from a tree because Bunga's the best at doing that. So with these things not working out, they try to get along with it until he's ready to come back to them. The animation's still really good especially a lot of effects they used for it. And the cast is still amazing. Even some of the small cast like the parents who're trying to relax while Bunga's minding they're kids, the act from them is good and a lot of things they feel do feel like what tired parents like them would feel like because they're trying to relax for a little while and get some alone time. I will say the rest of the Guard isn't in this very much, which is fine because it is focused more on Bunga and Reirei. And that's good because Reirei is, I wouldn't say a great villain, but a decent one and an enjoyable one too. I actually don't think there's much to say about this episode because there's not much to it. I just told all of you my full real thoughts on it. It may not be much, but at least it's better than nothing, I suppose. Although, I have a feeling the next one, The Savannah Summit will be better and I can't wait to review it. For this one though, it's good again, but I don't think there's anything mind blowing or outstanding outside of a few funny scenes between Bunga and the kids. So yeah, again, sorry it's not very long, but I don't have a lot to say but tomorrow I'll post my review for the next review. Spider-Man: Homecoming

And so everyone, we've finally reached my most anticipated movie of the entire year, Spider-Man: Homecoming. I was obviously really anticipating this movie a lot. It's my favourite superhero of all time in his own full length movie in the M.C.U. Not to mention the fact that every trailer for this movie was amazing and early reviews for this movie was saying that it's the best Spider-Man movie since Spider-Man 2 in 2004. And recently, after watching the Amazing Spider-Man movies to get ready for this movie, I sorta noticed they aren't as good as I remember and they are messy movies. I do enjoy them but I have noticed that, as well as the fact that I don't really see myself watching them a lot. And so I could kinda see that when people were talking about them. But I still couldn't wait for this movie and I went into it so excited. And what did I think of it? It's my favourite Spider-Man movie ever. This is the real Spider-Man movie on screen for the first time ever in my opinion. I loved everything about this movie and this is exactly what I want out of a Spider-Man movie and just a comic book movie in general. This is, without a doubt, my favourite movie of the year so far. And, no, I don't think I'm saying out of fanboy-ism. And, yes, just like before, I'm going to do the first part spoiler free and then I'll do the spoilers, so nothing will be ruined for you. What's the story? It opens up with Adrian Toomes, played by Michael Keaton, cleaning up the train station from the Avengers when Thor and Hulk smash that big Chitauri creature into it. But now he's getting fired but he keeps a lot of the things he found there hoping to make something. We then Peter making that video diary during his time with the Avengers and fighting in Civil War. Some time later when he's back at home he's just being a regular teenager by going to school, trying to make it to places on time and just trying to get through day to day problems, which is great. That's what Spider-Man is. He's just a normal kid who has everyday problems. That's one of the things that makes Spider-Man so unique. The fact that that's what he is. A normal kid who has problems, which is why he's so relatable. Anyway, he feels Tony isn't letting him do a lot of serious missions. He feels he just doing some small on the ground work. He's also got problems at school too. He has a crush on a Liz Allen, played by Laura Harrier, who might actually be my favourite on-screen Spider-Man love interest. I liked Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane and Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, but I think this might be my favourite. Anyway, he has a best friend named Ned, played by Jacob Batalon. And Flash Thomson, played by Tony Revolori, is always picking on him. And I'm going stop there because I don't want to get into the plot basics just yet. So as I just said, they finally got the character of Spider-Man and Peter Parker perfectly right in this. As I said, he's just kid who has problems and he's needs to do all these things, while also being a kid. That's who Spider-Man and Peter Parker is. That's something Stan Lee has said a ton of times. That that's why everyone loves Spider-Man so much. Because anyone can relate to him because he has so many everyday problems, just like everyone else. I relate to that a lot. And Tom Holland did an amazing job as both characters in this. I think he's even better in this movie than he was in Civil War. Really, all the cast is amazing. Marisa Tomei, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Laura Harrier, Zendaya, Jon Favreau, Bokeem Woodbine and even Michael Keaton was fantastic. The Vulture as well, I think was a great villain in this. Another one of the better M.C.U villains to date. This year has done pretty well with Marvel villains. Kurt Russell was  fantastic as Ego in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and the villain, I think was well written. Vulture here was really well handled too and I think they did a great job with both villains and Michael Keaton did a brilliant job as the character while also making him pretty scary at times too. He was also interesting and there was one twist with him that really blew my mind. There's something they do with him that I did not expect at all and that's something the trailers hid really well. I'll talk about it in the spoilers. The direction by Jon Watts is amazing, I think he really did fantastic job honouring the character. And the action is very well handled. It's everything you want to see Spider-Man doing. Another thing that really intrigued me about this was the kinda mystery aspect to it. I won't spoil anything, but there's an aspect to this that almost feels like a mystery with Spider-Man and the villains. And that whole aspect I found really interesting and so entertaining. Another thing I like was Jennifer Connelly as Karen. I don't consider this a spoiler because we saw it in the trailers, but Karen is the name of the computer inside Peter's costume and watching them interact was amazing. I loved it. Speaking of he costume, this is my new personal favourite Spider-Man costume. It's so actuate and it looks amazing every time you see it. Seeing Tony and Happy back as well was fantastic to see. They didn't have as much screen time as I thought, and that was really good because I didn't want Tony to take up a lot of this movie and be a centre character when this is a Spider-Man movie. I mean, I'm glad I saw him in it and it was amazing and cool to see the two of them share screen time together because they are my two favourite superheroes ever. But still, Robert Downey Jr., once again, is amazing as Tony. There are also a lot of twists in this movie too. Along with the one I mentioned a second ago with Vulture, there's quite a bit of them. That was something some people were worried about. The fact that they thought the trailers gave away too much. But I think that's what you were supposed to think. But there are a lot of twists in between the simple plot. The effects are also cool, like the special effects on the costumes, but also everything else like the boat scene you saw in the trailers. That whole scene was cool and I loved the final battle too. So is this movie the best Spider-Man movie ever? In my opinion, it is. For others, it's still Spider-Man 2. But I love this movie. It's my favourite Spider-Man movie, it's my favourite movie of the year so far and I can't stretch enough how happy I happy to say that this is the best Spider-Man movie in a long time and it was nice that is wasn't another origin movie for the character. I'm absolutely recommending you see this movie and enjoy it because I certainly did and I can't wait to see more of Spider-Man in the future M.C.U movies. Okay, first, I want to talk about that big twist with Vulture I was talking about. That was the fact that he's actually Liz's dad and when Peter saw that and it surprised him, that almost kinda made me shake. And then the ending when it looked like he died but then Peter saved him, that was nice to see and it was nice that this was another M.C.U villain that didn't end up dying in the end. And I thought it was really funny when Aunt May found out Peter was Spider-Man in the end. That made me laugh. But I think the funniest part for me was the intimidation voice scene. That almost made me die laughing. The Stan Lee cameo was pretty good, but I think I liked the one in Guardians a little more. And as I saying with the whole mystery aspect to the movie, I was talking about when Peter was trying to find out where the bad guys were. That really interested me. The whole dance scene was pretty sad where he had to leave Liz because he thought it was a bad move. And speaking of Liz, it was also sad that she had to move at the end because Adrian was put in prison. I also liked when Ned was trying to help Peter try to find the bad guys. That was really funny. Especially when he said he was looking at porn. And I thought it was cool the way they recreated the image of that Spider-Man comic from the original series.


And the ending was great too where we see the new iron Spider-Man suit and seeing Pepper again after 5 years. I liked that aspect to it. The fact that more M.C.U characters had a place in this and they belonged there I think. The end credit scenes were cool. The first with scorpion set-up in prison. And I think it would be cool to see him in the sequel. And the second one with that funny Captain America scene explaining patience was beyond hilarious. I burst out laughing. And I like how it didn't have to be like a set-up thing for anything. Just a really funny scene. And I think that that's all the spoilers I had a great time talking about it. 4 Bleach movies ranked

So, at the start of the year I made a ranking of the 11 current Naruto movie. And that entry has been really popular, so I thought of doing one for the 4 Bleach movies. I really enjoy all these and there's not 1 that I think is bad. They're all enjoyable, awesome, have great animation and they al have something heart-warming or heart-breaking in them. You all already know what number 1 is if you read my top 5 anime movies list, but I wanted to talk about the rest. And so, let's begin and I hope you all like this.
4. Bleach The Movie: Memories Of Nobody:

Starting us off is the very first Bleach movie, Memories Of Nobody. The plot of this movie is that this girl named Senna shows up and she's someone they've never seen or heard of before. On top of that, there are also these strange white creatures appearing they've never seen or heard of either. And apparently Senna is someone from long ago and she has the power to help this person who wants to use her to create something that'll help him destroy the human world and the Soul Society. I would say this is the least of the Bleach movies, not because it's bad, but because I don't think there's much to it and I didn't entirely like it "that" much. I do like it, I just don't think there's much to it. Also, the ending reminds me a lot of Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days. Senna is a being created by memories and so at the end when she disappears, everything about her is forgotten. Just like Xion in Kingdom Hearts:358/2 Days. Although, there are a lot of good things in it and the positives definetly out way the negatives. And there's a funny scene at the beginning that reminds of a scene from the third episode of Naruto.


3. Bleach The Movie: Fade To Black:

Next up is Fade To Black. In this movie, Rukia vanishes and everyone, except Ichigo and Kon, has forgotten about her. And the reason for this is because of two children that Rukia used to take care of who died who have come back to life and want her all to themselves. Especially the girl who's gone insane. They both have. So now it's up to Ichigo to save her and everyone from the two children who are trying to kill all Soul Reapers. So I would say that, although I really like all of this movie, the best part in my opinion is the last half hour. Especially during the part where Ichigo is trying to make Rukia remember her past because she's almost forgotten who she is too. And from that moment on, I really like this movie. And, as I said before, when I was younger and a kid, the ending of this movie kinda made me cry. It's a really, really sad ending. But it's still awesome and I really enjoyed it.
2. Bleach The Movie: Hell Verse:

Coming in at number 2 is the last Bleach movie, Hell Verse. This just might be one of the most bizarre anime movies I've ever seen. And I say that because of what's in it and how far they take a lot of these situations. Ichigo's sister, Yuzu, gets taken to Hell so now he has to go there and save her from these guys who have taken her captive. And the animation is crazy in this. I mean, they literally go to Hell. So of course this is going to be insane with animation. There's this guy who's there who wants Ichigo to break his chain so he can leave. If you've seen either the show or this movie, then you'll know what I mean. And there's also some heart crushing stuff here like it looks like Yuzu's dead. And the climax is just as crazy with debris and all sorts of power going everywhere. It's awesome.
1. Bleach The Movie: Diamond Dust Rebellion:

As I said before in my top 5 anime movies, this is my favourite Bleach movie. It's the most fun I've had when watching any of these Bleach movie and I love every second of it. There's never a moment where I'm bored or waiting for another scene to start. Everything in it always has me entertained. Again, if you want to know what the story is, go to my anime movie list if you haven't yet. I really like all the characters here. Obviously the main characters like Ichigo and his friends, but also Kisuke and Shunsui. I like them already but I really like them here especially. And overall, I really, really love this movie and I'm glad to call it my favourite Bleach movie. My top 10 favourite Disney songs

So with me talking a lot about Disney recently, this idea came to me and so I decided to do to it. Here, I'll be counting down my favourite Disney songs. One of the many things that Disney is best known for is it's amazing songs a lot of the time. And there will be some rules here. One, I'm not counting Kingdom Hearts songs or Pixar songs. I'm just counting them from Disney Classics, straight to video Disney sequels and live action movies. Two, I'm also not including any of the Disney shows or show movies like the Lion Guard and stuff like that. Three, I'm going to be showing all of you the songs as well as long as explaining where they're from and just talking about why I love them so much. And four... actually, there is no four. I just wanted to make a joke there. Anyway, let's begin, I can't wait to tell all of you and I hope you all like this.
10. Hellfire/Hunchback Of Notre Dame:

Starting us off is the first and only villain song on this list and that is Hellfire from the Hunchback of Notre Dame. I haven't spoken about this song in a while but I just love the way it sounds and how evil is. It's also just dark and twisted as you can imagine and as Frollo himself. And it's cool because it goes beyond the boundaries of what Disney would usually do. I never would have imagined them doing something like this. I mean they practically incorporating lust intentions and "it" as well. If you're an adult or something and you've seen this movie, you'll probably know what I mean. But it's also just an awesome and really cool sounding song that's great to listen to and well sung by Tony Jay.
9. There Is Life/Bambi 2:

Now, remember in my review of Bambi 2, I was talking about this song and how it could be one of my favourite Disney songs ever? Well, I was being serious. This is one of my favourites. As I said before, I really like it because I think it's a really nice sound and how great it I to hear. It really does fit into the world of Bambi really well too.
8. Love Will Find A Way/The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride:

I'm actually really surprised to be putting a love song on this list because anyone who knows me knows I don't care one bit about that kinda stuff, but just like the last song, I just really, really love the way it sounds and the way the singers sound when singing this song. It also just a great melody too and the instrumentals for it I think really fit and fit the mood too. So yeah, I just love listening to this song and I think it's a great one.
7. He Lives In You/The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride:

Probably my favourite song in all of the Lion King 2 I think is this one. I recently put it onto my iPod and I think it's an amazing song. As I said in my review, I think this is a really famous song too from what I've heard from people on YouTube and I heard it's even in the Broadway version of it too. And it's easy to see why. It's a great sound and it almost kinda gets you thinking about some things. Maybe not you, but it definitely did for me. It sorta makes me think of what's going to happen in future and it really gives me more hope in it. That may come off as cheesy to a lot of you, but whenever I hear it, I always sorta get this thought about. Again, that may sound weird, but that's what kinda get out of it. But ever besides that, it's also just a really fantastic song and one I love to listen to.
6. When You Wish Upon A Star/Pinocchio:

Next on the list is maybe Disney's biggest trademark of all time. This is a song that Disney always uses. A lot of people regard it as the greatest Disney song of all time. And while I don't entirely agree because it's not my favourite, I most definitely understand why. It's a song I've heard people say helps people be good and better people. It's also kinda interesting to me how they actually did manage to do a song like this with this kinda sound back in 1940. There's a lot of things in this movie I'm surprised they were able to do. And it's also just great sound too and great lyrics too.
5. When We're Human/The Princess And The Frog:

Now we get into a super fun Disney song. When We're Human I think is really fun and the singing from everyone is terrific. The colours also play a big part in it and it all looks fantastic as they're going along and singing around it. The lyrics are also so meaningful for the characters and it's all catchy and fun to listen to. And, as you'll also see later, it just gets better and better the more it goes. Especially towards the end when they're all singing together.
4. Let It Go/Frozen:

Do I even have to explain this one? I mean, while people have started saying that they're not liking this song, I think that's due to the backlash. Ever heard those people who're saying they don't like this movie anymore? Well, I always sorta think that that's because of the fact that there's merchandise for it everywhere. So people are just sorta getting tired of it. But that's not the film's fault. I still love this movie and this song is easily the best one in the whole film. It's epic, it awesome, it's music matches the tone perfectly, the actress/singer, Idina Menzel, is amazing as the voice and singing voice for Elsa and it's overall just an amazing song and easily one of Disney's best ever.
3. Part Of Your World/The Little Mermaid:

I actually only recently got back into this song. I mean, I've always loved it, but it's only recently I got back into it again. I did a few years ago and I am again now. But this song really is awesome and nice sounding. The same goes to the next song that's from the same movie. It's almost kinda in the shadows but that makes it kinda interesting to me. The colours are all well utilised and everything, especially during that big part where Ariel is reaching up to the sky, is awesome and great to hear. It's just a beautiful sounding song.
2. Under The Sea/The Little Mermaid:

Close to number 1 is another Little Mermaid movie and another awesome song. And this is a song where it gets better and better the faster and more energised it gets. This what I think people think of when they want to listen to a real Disney musical. It's done with so much passion and energy. There's no easy going in this song, it's all just awesome beats every second. And as it get closer to the end, it just keeps building and building. It almost kinda gives me shivers just by thinking all of this. It's all so much fun to listen too.

I actually thought a lot about this to make absolute sure this was my number 1 choice. And after thinking about it for probably too long, I decided to go with, yes. This is my favourite Disney song of all time. It only came out less than a year ago and I already love every second of it. It's sound amazing and the lyrics are perfect and meaningful for Moana's character, the singing by Auli'i Cravalho is amazing, the scenery of everything while she's singing it is beautiful and it's just so catchy and I've already listened to it countless times and I know I'm going to listen to it even more countless times. It practically makes Moana who she is and who we'll remember her as. A fantastic character and this song really solidifies her as a huge dreamer. Pretty much everything in it is perfect and there's never time in it where I want to skip any part of it. And all that is why How Far I'll Go is my favourite Disney song of all time. Mulan 2

And so everyone, ending my reviews of the straight to video Disney sequels is the most despised one of all time, Mulan 2. When I've been doing these movies, there have been ones that I've loved and ones that I've hated. And this just might be the one I hate the most. I wanted to save the worst of these movies for the last. Oh, man, do I hate this movie. This has to be one of the most embarrassing things Disney has ever done. Why does this movie exist? It doesn't need to. Disney just wanted to make this so they could make more money and hope it would be good, but they failed. This is a horrible movie. Maybe one of the worst that they've ever done too. This movie has gotten so much hate from everyone and it's not hard to see why. It's just so awful. What's the story? So Mulan is at home training some kids who want to be warriors themselves. But then Shang comes by and proposes to her. She says yes but this is bad news for Mushu because according to some thing by the family spirits, or whatever, this means he doesn't have to look after Mulan anymore which means he's going to lose his job and his pedestal. So now he's determined to split them up so he doesn't lose his job. Yeah, he actually tries this. This is Mushu. This is the same likeable and funny character from the first movie. Here, he's the most despicable and unlikeable guy ever. But that's not all. So the emperor is having Mulan and Shang escort three princesses to some place to get married so two kingdoms can be united and they can fight the Huns who are about to invade. They even bring Yao, Ling and Chien-Po with them and they fall in love with the princesses and the princesses fall in love with them. But then they're wondering what to do. Get married to the princes they're supposed to marry, or marry the people they want to marry. Okay, I kinda understand that, but here's the thing, it's not like the other Disney movies where princesses are supposed to get married because of some kinda law or something like Jasmine, they have to get married because if they don't, everyone in China will die. That is completely different. But they're still acting like they don't know what to do. And while that's going on, Mushu is doing everything he can do spit up Mulan and Shang. Eventually they do break up but Mulan realises what really happened and she tries to get back together with him. But then guys attack and they all think Shang is dead. Mulan then thinks she has to marry one of the princes to unite the kingdoms and the ending is about as stupid and clichéd as you can imagine. And yeah, this is the ending. So Mushu tries to fix everything when Shang comes back, because he's not really dead, by explaining they don't have to marry the princes by pretending to be this huge dragon. So Mulan marries Shang and Yao, Ling and Chien-Po marry the princesses but, what about China? What happens after that? They never explain and they don't tell what happened with the alliance which means the Huns should have attacked. This doesn't make any sense. That kinda thing is just as dumb as you'd expect. The animation is also kinda strange. It looks pretty good, I guess, but it also has some strange moments too. Like, at times it's really rubbery and weird. And that can especially get weird moments like when Shang yells at Mulan in the forest.

That is horrifying and disturbing. Everyone has made fun of that and even some memes about it too online. And just like every other choice in this movie, they're all so bad and kinda insulting too. I mean, I really, really like this first movie. It's not one of my favourites, but's still a really good and entertaining movie. This is just an insult to Disney with unlikeable characters, nice but weird animation, a horrible premise, unfunny jokes, disturbing moments and, ya wanna know what makes me even angrier about this? This was directed by Darrell Rooney and Lynne Southerland. Darrell was the person who directed the Lion King 2. And so after that amazing movie that I absolutely love, he went on to do this piece of trash. It sucks so horribly. It really does. If you're curious about watching this movie, don't be. Don't watch this movie at all. Skip it and don't want to see it. Trust me. It is beyond horrendous. And so everyone that's my review of Mulan 2 and that ends my straight to video Disney sequels reviews. Thank you all so much for reading these for the past month.
