The Disney Renaissance
This is actually something I've been hearing about for a while and I know everything about it. If you don't know what The Disney Renaissance is, it's something from 1989 when the Little Mermaid was released. It went for 10 years. 1989 to 1999. It's means each movie that came out was getting Disney more money with each money. The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and the Lion King were movies that did it the most with each the Lion King being the most successful. A lot of people, including me keep saying a new Disney Renaissance has begun ever since The Princess and the Frog was released. In fact for me I feel like the first for to this new one is like The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and the Lion King. The Little Mermaid being like The Princess and the Frog, a different approach for the studio released at the end of a decade that features a style that differentiates from films right before it. Beauty and the Beast being like Tangled, an adaption of an old fairy tale that makes it seem retro with new things to throw in as well, continued success. Aladdin being like Wreck-It Ralph, a more comedic film that appeals to boys more than the other films, success seen by nearly everyone and The Lion King being like Frozen, the box office smash that nearly everyone praises, score major fandom and soundtrack is also a major hit. The movies from the Disney renaissance are actually some of my favourites of all time. I'm pretty sure you might of heard of this before so I won't talk so I won't talk about it for much longer. I just thought I'd tell you if you never heard of it. But I do love it.

How to Train Your Dragon 2
I was thinking about a review for this movie for a while. You all know I really loved the first How to Your Dragon movie and now I'm going to do a review for it's sequel, How to Train Your Dragon 2. What's the story? It's been 5 years since Hiccup and Toothless became friends and their trying to find new lands to put on the map that Hiccup has been making to find new kinds of Dragons. One day when they're making part of it, Astrid arrives and Hiccup tells her that Stoick is making him chief of Berk, but Hiccup feels like he can't do it but Astrid tells him that what he needs is inside of him. Just then Hiccup notices smoke in the distance and the 4 of them, including Astrid's Dragon named "Stormfly," go and investigate it. They find a group of Dragon trappers who say that their leader named "Drago Bloodvist" is coming to get all the Dragons. They fly off and tell Stoick who is surprised because he know Dragon saying he's a madman. Hiccup and Astrid leave to find those trappers to get to Drago so he can talk some sense into him about not doing this. Stoick, Gobber, Ruffnut, Tuffnut, Snotlout and Fishlegs arrive and Stoick explains to Hiccup that years ago Drago came to a meeting of chiefs saying that he alone could control all the Dragons, they refused to bow to him so he had a bunch of Dragons burned the place down. Stoick was the only one to get out alive. Hiccup thinks that if he can change is mind he can change Drago's too. He leaves with Toothless and, while in the air a masked person kidnaps him. The person brings Hiccup and Toothless to a cave where the person takes off it's mask and it's a woman saying she's his mom named "Valka."She brings him to a huge bit of the cave with ice around them. She explains that she got there after a Dragon named "Cloudjumper" kidnapped her when Hiccup was just a baby. She then shows him a ginormous Dragon known as the Alpha, the king of all Dragons. They both start talking about what's been happen the past 20 years. Later Stoick and Gobber arrive and they find Hiccup and Valka. And the rest is a lot to explain. So what's good about this film? Well let me just say right now that this is the second best looking animated film I've ever seen next to Toy Story 3. Everything you see is huge and everything is so realistic looking. And even the characters are perfect looking. And they story is, once again, amazing. Now let's look at the characters. Well the old ones are still they're great selves and the even the new ones are so likable. Valka is kind, caring and is really well acted. The leader of the trappers named "Erit" is actually likable. He turns good at the during the middle part of the movie. And there's also the villain, Drago Bloodvist who is, in my opinion, the second best DreamWorks villain ever. He is so cool and so threatening. And another thing to say. Stoick dies in this. Yeah, one of the main characters actually dies. That's pretty heavy, even for DreamWorks. They actually kill Hiccup's dad. I remember seeing that last years and my eyebrows were raised and my mouth was open since I couldn't believe they actually did that. So yeah this sequel is great. In fact, this is probably the second best sequel of all in my opinion, even better than Kung-Fu Panda 2. So I think I've said enough. Definitely give this movie a watch, just amazing.

The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water
I saw this when it opened in theatres a few months ago. I actually saw both SpongeBob in the cinema. The first the one in 2004 with my Dad and brother and I saw the second one by myself. What's the story? A pirate named Burger-Beard travels to the island of Bikini Atoll to obtain a magical book that makes any text written upon it come true. The book tells the story of SpongeBob. The Krusty Krab is attacked by Plankton. After a military battle with giant foods and condiments, Plankton feigns surrender: he uses a decoy of himself to offer the greedy Mr. Krabs a fake penny, which he hides inside to gain access to Krabs' vault. The Plankton decoy distracts Mr. Krabs by crying outside the restaurant so Mr. Krabs can gloat about his victory. Plankton steals the formula, leaving a fake in its place. However, just as he is about to escape, SpongeBob catches him. They have a tug of war over the formula, but it magically vanishes before either can claim it. Without the secret formula, SpongeBob can't make Krabby Patties, and the customers become ravenous. Only SpongeBob believes that Plankton is innocent of stealing the formula, and when all of Bikini Bottom turns on them, SpongeBob rescues Plankton with a giant soap bubble that he and Plankton fly away in. Bikini Bottom is soon reduced to a post-apocalyptic wasteland because of the absence of the much-relied-on Krabby Patty. SpongeBob proposes he and Plankton team up to get the formula back; he attempts to show Plankton the meaning of teamwork, but he doesn't quite understand. Eventually, the duo decides to go to the Chum Bucket and rescue Karen, Plankton's computer wife, to use as a power source for a time machine that will take them to the moment before the formula disappeared. They accidentally travel far into the future, where they meet Bubbles, a magical dolphin whose job it is to oversee the cosmos. They eventually succeed in retrieving the formula, but it turns out to be the fake Plankton had left. Burger-Beard, whose seagull minions removed the final page of the book and rewritten the story so that he gets the formula, converts his ship into a food truck to sell Krabby Patties at a beach community named Salty Shoals. The final page, which has been discarded in the ocean, lands on the treedome of Sandy Cheeks. Crazed by the lack of Krabby Patties, Sandy thinks the page is a sign from the "sandwich gods", and suggests a sacrifice be made to appease them. The town attempts to sacrifice SpongeBob, but he and Mr. Krabs smell Krabby Patties, and the crowd follows the scent, which leads to the surface. Bubbles returns because SpongeBob neglecting to keep Jupiter and Saturn from colliding cost him his job as overseer of the universe. In reality, Bubbles hated the job and thanks SpongeBob by allowing him, Patrick, Mr. Krabs, Sandy, and Squidward the ability to breathe on land. Plankton joins also, stowed away in SpongeBob's sock. Bubbles shoots them out of his blowhole to the surface, and they land on a beach. The team locates Burger-Beard, who banishes them to Pelican Island. Using Squidward's ink and the final page, SpongeBob transforms himself and the others into superheroes with special powers — The Invincibubble (SpongeBob), Mr. Superawesomeness (Patrick), Sour Note (Squidward), The Rodent (Sandy), and Sir Pinch-a-Lot (Mr. Krabs). They return and encounter Burger-Beard, who drives off with the formula, forcing the team to give chase. During the ensuing battle, the book gets destroyed. The team attempts to apprehend Burger-Beard, who picks the team off one by one. Plankton, who'd been left on Pelican Island, becomes a muscle-bound hero named Plank-Ton and comes to assist them. After retrieving the formula, Plank-Ton and Invincibubble work together to create one final attack that sends Burger-Beard all the way to Bikini Atoll. Plankton, having learned the values of teamwork, returns the secret formula to Mr. Krabs, and the gang uses the final page's magic to return home to Bikini Bottom. Bikini Bottom returns to order, and Plankton re-assumes his role as business rival. I'm sorry for making the story so long, but it is a really long story with a lot of details. So what's good about this film? The story is creative. And the animation is amazing. My favourite scene is the scene where the characters are C.G.I'd and the final fight between SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Mr. Krabs, Sandy and Plankton against Burger-Beard. It's just a great climax. The climax was a scene where I was invested, excited and laughing the whole time. There also a lot of really funny scenes. Actually think this is better than the first SpongeBob movie. I've talked about it enough already I don't even know what else to say about it. It's just so good. When it comes out on D.V.D definitely give it a watch.

The SpongeBob Sqarepants movie
Remember how I said I was going to do reviews for the two SpongeBob movies and now I'm going to start with the first one that came out in 2004. What's the story? In the Bikini Bottom Mr Krabs is opening a Krusty Krab 2 and SpongeBob is hoping he'll get the manager job but Mr Krabs gives it to Squidward. SpongeBob goes off sad. Plankton also has a new plan to steal the Krabby Patty formula. He steals king Neptune's crown and frames Mr Krabs for it. The next day Neptune, with his kind hearted, teenaged mermaid daughter, "Mindy," go to the Krusty Krab 2 to kill Mr Krabs for the theft. He tries to tell him that he didn't do it but then someone calls him saying thanks for sending the crown and he sent it to a place called "Shell City" but it's just Plankton saying it and he sent it to Shell City. Neptune is about to kill Mr Krabs but SpongeBob comes and stops him saying if he spares Mr Krabs' life, he'll go to Shell City and get the crown back. Neptune agrees but freezes Mr Krabs and Patrick comes with him. And the rest you already know or you can guess very easily. So what's good about this film? Well the story is really creative and the characters are still great. And the animation is also nice looking. And another thing I love about this film is how they manage to cross hand-drawn animation with live-action and it looks amazing, especially the climax between SpongeBob, Patrick against "Dennis the Hit man" on top of David Hasselhoff. It's great. Overall The SpongeBob Sqarepants movie is an amazing movie from start to finish with great jokes, great writing, great animation, great characters and great voice acting.

My top 5 favourite directors
Like my last list this one's going across every director I know but I do know a good a mount of them but I'm just going to pick out my top 5.
5. Joss Whedon: This guy has worked so hard to bring us the greatest comic book movies of all time. From what I've seen of hi, he seems like a nice guy. Also, his directing of the Avenger movies is fantastic. He also had great dialogue for the characters. And that dialogue was so important too because we finally had one of the most quotable comic book films ever.
4. Peter Jackson: The reason I put Peter on this is because of his direction of The Lord of the Rings trilogy, which you all know I love. This direction actually got him an award for best director. And I have the Lord of the Rings on DVD and the special features disc which means I listen to what he did to arrange the movies. He does seem to be a nice guy. And he's staying on this list as one of my favourite directors.
3. John Musker and Ron Clements: These two are on this list because they both work together in Disney movies I've already talked about these two before in my Princess and the Frog review, so I won't say much more aside from I loves these two and hope they do Disney work in the future.
2. John Lasseter: This is just like my last list, I was actually going to put John as my number 1 spot but once again, I thought about it and decided to give it to someone else. But nonetheless John is a great director. He directed the first two Toy Story movies, A Bug's life and the two Cars movies. He got everyone involved in Toy Story that was all in his imagination. And he still continues to be one of my favourite directors ever.
And my number 1 favourite director of all time is... Tetsuya Nomura: Yeah it happened again. A member of the Kingdom Hearts games is number 1 spot right as I about to give it to someone else. Tetsuya did the direction for Kingdom Hearts and is fantastic. And recently he released a new Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer, and since all of you know my love for Kingdom Hearts and how Kingdom Hearts 3 is the number 1 thing I want more than anything else, I loved and screamed so loud. Watch this if you're interested.
And so yeah Tetsuya Nomura is my favourite director of all time

My top 5 composers
I think my number 1 might surprise you. And this going to be composers from films and games.
5. Danny Elfman: The reason I like composer is because of his work on The Nightmare Before Christmas and Batman and Batman Returns. The songs from The Nightmare Before Christmas are really enjoyable, I even downloaded them on my iPod. And the theme he made for the two Batman films is catchy. Listen.
I just like his work.
4. Elton John: I don't really know a lot of this guy's work but the reason I put him on the list is because of his work in The Lion King. I actually remember my family and I singing the songs all my life. In case I never told you, my favourite song out of all of them would probably be either The Circle of Life, or I Just Can't Wait to be King.
3. Hans Zimmer: This is a composer that seems to be doing everything nowadays like The Dark Knight trilogy.
He also the Lion King music and a couple of the DreamWorks movie like the Prince of Egypt music. He does other things as well but it could take a while to name them all. But to get to the point I like this guy's work too and like to listen to it over and over.
2. Randy Newman: I was actually going to put Randy Newman as number 1 but after thinking about it I decide to five the number 1 spot to someone else, but to be fair I do really love his songs and music. He did the songs and music for the Pixar films and the Princess and the Frog. My favourite song in all the Pixar films he did is You've Got a Friend in Me from the Toy Story films.
I just love it and I always tell my dad that this is the ultimate song about friendship.
And my number 1 favourite composer is... Yoko Shimomura and Kaoru Wada: These two have both done the music for all the Kingdom Hearts games and the music they've made for made for my favourite game series is phenomenal. Here are a few of my favourites. Dearly Beloved.
Ven's theme.
And Simple and Clean.
So yeah, when Kingdom Hearts 3 comes out I'd love to see the music they make for it. I just love the music they make and they are my favourite composers of all time.
Listen.

My top 5 underrated films
In my last entry I finished I finished my Lord of the Rings reviews and now I'm going to make a list of movies I feel to be underrated films and this is going to be my opinion.
5. The Prince of Egypt: Even though I really do like this movie, though don't love, I put it as the lowest on the list because it actually was a hit when it came out in 1998. It's DreamWorks' 2nd animated after Antz. The reason I didn't do a DreamWorks review of it is because I didn't see it at that point. The main character is Moses played by Val Kilmer who did Batman in Batman Forever and, like I said before, Ralph Fiennes who did Voldemort in Harry Potter as Rameses and both of them are amazing and they make the characters really likable. I think it has some of the best animation I've ever seen in an hand-drawn animated film. And another thing I really like in this is the songs. My favourite being either "Heaven's eyes,"
The Plague,
Or the most popular, When you Believe.
If you haven't seen this film yet, I'd give a look at it.
4. Batman Forever: I'd say this is actually my favourite of the original Batman film series. It has a great and sympathetic cast, a decent climax and while Val Kilmer isn't the best Batman and I still think the best is Christian Bale, he does do a good job. And yeah the film after this, Batman and Robin is a horrible movie and is one of the worst superhero films ever as well as one the worst films of all time. But for this film though I do think it's really good and is my favourite of the original Batman films.
3. The Spongebob Movies: When I say movie"s" I mean that because I'm talking about both of them. Both movies are amazing. I found the second one to better. It's unbelievably creative and funny and the fact that it's a little superhero film, and you all know I love superheroes like Marvel and DC. But aside from that I love both these films and eventually I'm going to do reviews for both Spongebob movies.
2. The Princess and the Frog: I put one on the list because I heard that while it was a success when it first came out, it wasn't that big a hit, and to be honest, I don't get it. To me it's a spectacular movie. It has great and lovable characters, unforgettable songs and is the best looking hand-drawn film I've ever seen. The cast is unbelievably perfect. If you haven't seen this movie yet, this is a defiant watch as soon as you can in my opinion.
And the number 1 film I feel to be the most underrated is... The Rescuers Down Under. This is the same the Prince of Egypt and that I do really do like it but I never did a review on it because I didn't see it back then. It's actually the sequel to the first Disney Rescuers movie and they're both Disney classics, this one being number 29, the first film was really boring. This one however is amazing with amazing animation, especially the opening. And I've seen this on other underrated films lists this is on it a lot. If you haven't, 100% definitely watch it. The Rescuers Down Under my pick for the most underrated film of all time
I think it has some of the best animation I've ever seen in an hand-drawn animated film. And another thing I really like in this is the songs. My favourite being either "Heaven's eyes,"

Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
And now we come to The Return of the King. Probably the biggest of the whole trilogy. And I have to say that it's either this one or the first one that's my favourite of The Lord of the Rings films. What's the story? Frodo, Sam and Gollum are getting closer to Mount Doom but actually bringing them to a ginormous spider named "Shelob" so she can eat them and he can get the Ring. Meanwhile Aragorn, Gandalf, Gimli and Legolas reunite with Merry and Pippin at Saruman's tower where Pippin finds Saruman's palenthia and he gives it Gandalf but that night he's tempted to look at it again but when he touches it, Sauron enters his mind and Pippin finds out that Sauron's forces will be attacking a city called Minas Tirith. Gandalf and Pippin go there to try to warn the Stewart named Denethor. However Denethor, who's also Boromir and Faramir's father, is a crazy jerk. So Gandalf and Pippin light some beacons which calls for Rohan soldiers to come and help fight the invading Orcs. Aragorn also gets a new sword from Elrond which was the old king's sword which he uses to get a bunch of ghost at his side to help the with Minas Tirith. And they do win and Denethor is killed after getting knocked into a fire. All while Frodo sends Sam away because he thinks he wants to keep the Ring. Gollum leads Frodo into the tunnel where Shelob is but he escapes and after Gollum tries to attack him, Frodo tosses him over a cliff. And the rest you already know. So what's good about this film? Actually, what isn't? It has of the best action of all time, my favourite being the one at the Black Gate or the one inside Mount Doom, and it has a lot of sympathetic characters, especially Frodo who's being tortured by the Ring throughout the whole film. And the size of the film is huge. And I especially like the ending. It really does wrap up all 3 films up really nicely. I especially like Frodo's narrating. So to finish up, I really love this trilogy. I hope you enjoyed my reviews on them and my next entry will be either my Hobbit reviews or my top 10 underrated films. And I'm also going to do more things centred around Kingdom Hearts.

Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
In my last review I started to review the Lord of the Rings films. Now we're onto the Two Towers. This is the highest rated film of the whole film on Rotten Tomatoes with 96%. And while this one isn't my favourite, in fact out of the whole trilogy, this is probably the least of the series. Don't get me wrong, I do love this movie, just like I love the other Lord of the Rings movies, but in trilogies like this it always feels like the 2nd one is just an excuse to just be a filler movie. Just to carry the story a little more. But still it is still great. What's the story? Frodo and Sam are continuing their journey to Mount Doom after they all got separated at the end of the last film with Gandalf being dragged by the Balrog down to someplace in Moria, Merry and Pippin being taken by Orcs and Aragon, Legolas and Gimli chasing after them after Boromir was shot with arrows by one of the Orcs and Frodo and Sam went the other way to go the Mount Doom. On the way, Gollum finds the 2 of them trying to get the ring because it's incredibly addictive. Frodo manages to get him to show him to the Black Gate. When they get there Gollum is worried that the Orcs and other servants of Sauron will find them so he decides to show them another way to Mordor. While this is going on, Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli are still trying to find Merry and Pippin but it turns out they escaped from the Orcs while they were in a fight with some soldiers from Rohan. They went into a forest and Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli go after them. There Merry and Pippin meet a living tree named "Treebeard" played by John Rhys-Davis, who also plays Gimli. Also in the forest Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli also reunite with Gandalf. They head off towards Rohan where it turns out the king, King Théoden has been possessed by Saruman. But Gandalf manages to get him out of it. And also Frodo and Sam are captured by Boromir's brother "Faramir." And the rest is really complicated, in fact the whole story of Lord of the Rings is complicated. So again the action is the best thing in this film, especially the fight scene at Helms Deep. It's almost kind of hard to explain what it is I like about this film. I mean I like it a lot but for me it's the least of the series. But it is still great nonetheless.

Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
So in my last entry I did my last Harry Potter review. So now we'll go onto the Lord of the Ring and Hobbit films. As you all know the Lord of the Rings trilogy is one of the most legendary trilogies of all time, and I can see why. Like I said before, they're some of my favourite films of all time as well. What's the story? Well, I'm sure you already know the story of the Lord of the Rings. It opens with a bunch of elves and men fight the armies of the Mordor, the home of the dark lord "Sauron" the creator of the Ring of Power. The prince "Eseldor" manages to use his father's broken sword to cut of Sauron's fingers and remove the ring. Sauron then exlodes. Eseldor kept the ring because the ring has a will of it's own and it corrupted his mind. He died though and the ring fell into the sea. Thousands of years later someone finds it named "Sméagol" and it turned him into "Gollum" played by "Andy Serkis." Hundreds of years later the ring leaves him and is found by a Hobbit by named "Bilbo Baggins." 70 years later it's his birthday and his old friend named Gandalf played by "Ian McKellen." That night, at his party he uses the ring to become invisible and goes to his home but Gandlf is already there. The ring begins to drive Bilbo mad but Gandlf manages to snap him out of it and Bilbo leaves the ring behind as he's going to Rivendell. Later Frodo Baggins, played by "Elijah Wood" comes home and Gandalf tells him where Bilbo's gone. He gives Frodo the ring and leaves. Sometime later Gandalf comes back and tells Frodo that the ring is the Ring of Power. He tells Frodo it's not safe for it to be in the Shire he tells him to go to Bree and he'll see him there as he goes to see someone. Outside the window, Samwise Gamgee, played by "Sean Astin," listens and so Gandalf tells him to go with Frodo. Gandalf goes to see "Saruman" played by "Christiphor Lee" (R.I.P), but it turns out he's turned evil and has joined with the spirit of Sauron that still lives. He also tells him that the Ring Wraiths are after Frodo and the ring. He traps Gandalf at the top of his tower. Along the journey Frodo and Sam are joined by "Meriadoc" or "Merry Brandybuck" played by "Dominic Monaghan" and "Peregrin" or "Pippin Took" played "Billy Boyd" They make it to Bree where they meet "Aragorn" played by "Viggo Mortinson." The Ring Wraiths get there too but they manage to lose them. The next night the Wraiths find them again and one staps Frodo with it's sword but Aragorn manages to fight them off. Frodo begins to turn into a Wraith himself but an female elf named "Arwen" played by "Liv Tyler" manages to get Frodo to Rivendell where he's healed and back to normal. There Frodo is reunited with Gandalf, Sam, Merry, Pippin and Bilbo. At one point Gandalf talk to "Lord Elrond" played by "Hugo Weaving" who also played the Red Skull in Captain America. He tells him that the ring an't stay there because he knows Sauron's forces would go ther to get it. He also tells him that he's going to call a bunch of people from Middle Earth to meet there and make a plan on what to do. At the meeting Elrond says the ring must be taken to Mordor and thrown into the fires of Mount Doom which is the only way to destroy it and Frodo says he'll take it and Gandalf, Sam, Merry, Pippin, Aragorn, Legolas, played by "Orlando Bloom," Gimli, played by "John Rhys-Davies" and "Boromir" played by "Sean Bean" all agree to go with him and help him get there. And you know the rest. So what's good about this film? Well the C.G.I and green screen shots are unbelievable to look at, especially since it was made in 2001. And then the fight scenes are even better. I mean it's Lord of the Rings, all the fight scene are fantastic. My favourite fight scene is in the mine of Moria with the Orcs or the final fight scene in the forest. And also the cast is amazing. Elijah Wood as Frodo is still my favourite. It's really hard to explain what else I love about about this film. I actually this is the most likable out of all 3 of them aside from the third one, and you might think it's because it's the only one from the trilogy to get a PG rating but's not really, it's hard for me to explain, I just thnk that. So yeah I love this movie a lot, especially since it was directed by Peter Jackson, who's one of my favourite directors of all time. It's great. And I'd say go see it but who hasen't?
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2
And now we come to the big one Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2. The 6th highest grossing film of all time. When this film came out, everybody loved it. This was the 2nd Harry Potter film I saw in the cinema with the Mitchell's as my birthday present. What's the story? It starts at Hogwarts where students are going inside and Snape is the headmaster. Harry, Ron, Hermione, Luna, Mr Olivander and Griphook are at Bill Weasley's house. Harry thinks that another one of Voldemort's Horcrux's are inside a vault at Gringotts bank. He makes a deal with Griphook saying that he'll get him into the vault in return Harry gives him the sword of Godrick Gryffindor. They find it but Griphook leaves them in the vault as everything begins to multiply. Eventually they escape and Harry, Ron and Hermione go to Hogsmeade and meet Dumbledore's brother "Aberforth." He gets them into Hogwarts and when they get there Harry explains about that he thinks there's another Horcrux in the castle. And the rest you already know or can guess very easily. When I first saw this film, I loved it. It's my favourite Harry Potter film. It has some of the best action scenes I've ever seen. I actually think it's perfect, flawless. And there's no land scenes in this. Everything works in this. The cast is once again unbelievable. I think it also has the most suspense in the whole series. And the size on the whole film is huge. It also has unbelievable C.G.I effects, especially the fight scenes or the shield around Hogwarts. And I have to say, out of all the Harry Potter endings, this one's my favourite. It shows Harry and Ron's sister, Ginny married and Ron and Hermione married. They all have kids and they're at King's Cross Station and they're saying goodbye to them. It's just so satisfying that you're saying goodbye to some of you favourite characters you've known for 10 years. Yeah it took 10 years to finish all 8 movies. But it's worth it. So yeah, this movie is spectacular and is my favourite of the whole Harry Potter series. So I hope you liked my Harry Potter reviews. In my next 6 reviews I'll be doing my reviews for the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1
This was the first Harry Potter film I saw in the cinema. The Mitchells took me to see it along with the second one too. This is actually the lowest rated Harry Potter film on Rotten Tomatoes, and yeah as much as I love this film series I do understand why. I'll explain after the story. What's the story? Harry, now being destroyed on the inside after the death of Dumbledore, is brought to the Burrow by Hagrid, Hermione, Ron and a couple others on broomsticks and Harry on Hadgrid's flying motorbike. That night Harry tries to leave because he doesn't want anymore people to die for him and to find the Horcruxes but Ron stops him. The next night at one of Ron's brother's wedding, Harry meets one of Dumbledore's old friends and they talk about a place called Godrick's Hollow which is where Harry was born and where his parents were killed by Voldemort. Just then a bunch of Death Eaters arrive and Harry, Ron and Hermione teleport somewhere else to get information on where the real Horcrux from the last movie is. And once they do they try to find the sword of Godirck Gryffindor to destroy it. However the more they have the Locket around their necks it begins to make them do the same thing Frodo did when he had the ring around his neck. I always found a lot of this to be the same as Lord of the Rings with the Locket. So what problems do I have with the film. Well, remember when I said in the Goblet of Fire review when I said most of the performances were bland there were a lot of filler scenes, this one is probably the one that has the most of it. In my opinion the best scenes are in the begging and the ending. As soon as they get to the café in the middle the rest after that is kind of dull. It gets better after the scene when they agree to see Luna's dad. For me the mot useless scene in the whole film is one scenes in the tent. But to be fair the last part of the film is by far the best part of the film. The best fight scene is in Malfoy Manor. To be fair this is probably the 2nd least of the series next to the Goblet of Fire. It's not bad though it's not really that great to be true. I'd say check it out.
Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
I remember this being my least favourite out of all of the Harry Potter films when I was younger. But actually, it's good. What's the story? Harry and Dumbledore are getting a new teacher at Hogwarts, Horace Slughorn. The reason is because he has a memories that he has that Dumbledore wants and is able to look at memories by using a kind of basin. The trouble is that Horace doesn't want to give it up so Dumbledore wants Harry to get it for him because he knows that Horace is interested in Harry. Eventually Harry becomes his best student and at one scene where Harry manages to get through to him and he gives it to Harry. It turns out Slughorn told Tom Riddle how to use a Horcrux. Being able to transfer some of your soul into an object and making you immortal as long as the object you put your soul into doesn't get destroyed which means he told Voldemort how to live forever. And the rest you already know, especially the scene where Dumbledore dies. So what's good about this film? Well the action and C.G.I effects look great, the cast is still great and I actually do enjoy the way the story is told. My favourite fight scene would probably be the one at the Burrow or the one at the end with Dumbledore and Harry at the 3rd Horcrux's secret hiding place. There's not really a whole lot left I can say except this film is really, really good and I'd say check it out.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
I'm just gonna start with the story here first. What's the story? Harry was at the playground thinking about what happened last movie. There, his cousin makes fun of him about it, but the sky then grows dark and Dementors attack the 2 of them. Harry manages to use magic to force them away. But by using magic away from Hogwarts it got him expelled but that night he's rescued from Mad Eye and a couple others get him away from the Dursley's house and bring him to the head quarters of the Order of the Phoenix by flying on brooms. Sirius is there and Lupin, Mr and Mrs Weasley and the people who got Harry out of the house. At the trial the next day Dumbledore arrives and manages to get Harry innocent. At the train station Harry and Sirius talk and Sirius shows him a picture of the original Order of the Phoenix. And the rest you already know. This is actually the second least rated Harry Potter film on Rotten Tomatoes next to the Deathly Hallows part 1. So what's good about this film? The cast is still good, even if at one or two scenes the performances are a little bland and the fighting getting close to being really great, even though there's not much of them. And another problem for me is the fact that I wish Voldemort had more screen time. He only has about 5 minutes and at the very end. O.K now let's really get into the good things. While most of the things do feel like filler a lot more of it does feel like they serve a purpose. The best part about the film for me the most is the ending. The fact that they were able to do a lot of this was really impressive. And I should know how they did it because I might of mentioned this before but if I didn't, I went to London last year to go to the making of Harry Potter, the place where they made the films and I learned how they made the films, so I learned how they did a lot of these scenes. So, to finish up, it's good but a lot of it's just kind of dull and has some filler scenes. I would recommend it but don't expect a whole lot.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
This is actually what I thought to be the least of the Harry Potter series. Why!? Well I'll tell you after the story. What's the story? Harry, the Weasleys and one of Mr Weasley's friends and his son named "Cedric Diggory" are going to a Quittage match with their team vs. Ireland, which is where I live. After the match they meet a bunch of Voldemort's evil soldiers called Death Eaters. Harry also sees a mysterious man there. At Hogwarts Dumbledore announces they'll be holding an event called the Tri-Wiz tournament. Harry is chosen as one of the candidates even though you need to be at least 17 years old to enter. And the rest is him doing the events in the tournament. So first go over the problems I have with the film. One thing is that I think there's a little too much negative things in it. Which I know they're trying to create more of a darker tone but what worked with the other three Harry Potter films is that every ending had a more positive and happy tone. And with the entire other things in the movie something's just don't really don't really serve much purpose to the story like the Ball scene which I don't think is really mentioned again. I think it was made to make the story longer. But aside from that the action scenes and the cast are still fantastic. My favourite new character cast is Ralph Fiennes who plays Voldemort who also played Ramses in the DreamWorks film the Prince of Egypt. The way he looks and Ralph's performance makes him an awesome villain. So yeah this is a good movie. It's just the lowest one in the series to me. I'd say take a look.

Harry Potter and the Prisonor of Azkaban
I actually remember this being my favourite Harry Potter film when I was younger and while it's not now, I would say it's probably my second favourite. This got a big score on Rotten Tomatoes with 91%. What's the story? Harry learns that a man named "Sirius Black" played by "Gary Oldman" was the person who betrayed his parents and let Voldemort know where they were. And so because of this Harry has decided to find and kill him. Also a bunch of creatures from the prison that Sirius escaped from called Azkaban called Dementors have come to Hogwarts to find Sirius. And also with other things like a new teacher named "Professor Lupin," Harry learning a new spell to use against the Dementors and him trying to track down Sirius. So what's good about this film? Well, it's a lot like last time with a well casted movie, fantastic effects, great magic using, great acting, great looking creatures, great C.G.I and great camera shots, especially in Hogwarts. There's a lot more magic using in this and let me say it's great looking. Especially the way we see the way they design them and how there's more. Lupin is the new defence against the Dark Arts teacher like how Lockhart and the villain of the first film, Professor Quirrell were in the first two movies and I have to say out of all of them in all the films, Lupin is my favourite. There's also something else that's in all these films that I've forgotten to mention in the other 2 Harry Potter films and that's that there's humour in all these films and there's a couple of good scenes in this one too. So yeah, this is my second favourite Harry Potter film and I would definitely recommend it but like the other 2, you probably already have and you loved it.
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
So while you've seen my last Harry Potter review and how I loved that I prefer this film a little more. This is actually the longest of all 8 of the Harry Potter films. And that's one reason why I love this one. What's the story? One night at the Dursley's house Harry meets a magic house elf named "Dobby" and he get's him in trouble which has him being locked in his room by Vernon. Ron and his brothers "Fred" and "George" free him and bring him to their home called the Burrow. There Harry meets their parents, Mr and Mrs Weasley and Ron's sister "Ginny." They all go to Diagon Alley. and there they meet "Gilderoy Lockhart" who's going to be a new teacher at Hogwarts. When they get to the train station, the gateway to get to platform 9 3/4 is locked so they can't get through. Ron decides they should use the family flying car. When they get to Hogwarts. they get in trouble for it. And some stuff happens until near the end of the 1st act where Harry, Ron and Hermione find some people being petrified and they learn about a thing called the Chamber of Secrets. All while Harry is learning about an old student at named "Tom Riddle." So what's good about this film. Well it's almost kind of hard to name them all because there's so many of them. The cast once again is perfect, the action is cool to look at, as well as the effects, the sets are well designed. and the a lot of the action scenes are really intense. And the creatures they bring in are really, really cool like the Basilisk, the ghosts and Aragog the spider. So, yeah, like last time I love this movie and I find it to be better than the first one, I could watch it over and over and never get tired of it.
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone
So on my last review, I finished my superhero reviews so now it's onto some one of my favourite film series of all time then another one of my favourites, Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit. But for now let's go with Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. What's the story? An orphan child named Harry Potter played by "Daniel Radcliffe" who lives with his selfish and vein aunt, uncle and cousin Dudley. One morning he gets a letter from some place called "Hogwarts." They eventually get so many letter that Harry's uncle, "Vernon" decides they're all going away so they won't find them. At the place they're at a huge man named "Hagrid" takes Harry away to bring him to Hogwarts because he's a wizard. While in a wizard's street called "Diagon Alley" Harry gets a new wand, a new pet owl who he named "Hedwig" and in a pub, Hagrid explains to him about his past. About how when he was a baby an evil Wizard named "Voldemort" tried to kill him because he thinks he gonna kill him in the future. At the train station that takes Harry to Hogwarts he meets 2 new friend "Ron Weasley" played by "Rupert Grint" and "Hermione Granger" played by "Emma Watson." And the rest you already know because let's face it everyone's seen these Harry Potter movies and read all the books by J.K. Rowling. So what's good about this film. Well the cast is especially great, they might be the best thing about this series next to action and the story and the special effects. As I've said before Daniel Radcliffe is my favourite actor as well as one of my favourite actors of all time and this is my favourite role he's done so far. And the others do fantastic performances. I'm even surprised with what they were able to do back then with the effects. I actually wish they were able to do more magic spells with the actors saying the spell with their wands more. But still this is still great and while I would say watch it, there's no point, you probably have already.

Avengers: Age of Ultron
This is my last superhero film review. After this review I'm going to do reviews for the Harry Potter films and the Lord of the Rings films and I'm gonna do a review for the 2 Spongebob films and I'm gonna make a list of my top 10 underrated films. What's the story? At the start of the movie it shows the Avengers in a location trying to retrieve Loki's sceptre and there they meet two people called "QuickSilver" and "Scarlet Witch." Tony also finds a deactivated robot called "Ultron." He brings it back to the new Avengers tower and tries to finds to find a way to activate him again and have him help them. But instead it turns out he has something inside him and with that combined with what Tony programmed inside him and the help of "Jarvis," Tony's computer assistant, he comes to life and plans to, of course, rule the world. They try to find him after a pretty cool fight between the Avengers against him. They find in some place where he's teamed up with QuickSilver and Scarlet Witch. And Scarlet Witch uses her power to take control of Steve, Thor, Natasha and Hulk. And we get an awesome fight between Tony's Hulkbuster armour and Hulk. That is awesome. And the rest is a little complicated, not entirely but 1 or 2 things are a little hard to understand, not entirely, but maybe just a tiny bit. So what's good about this film? Well, there's a lot of things that are good about it. One other thing is the comedy, there's a lot of funny scenes in this. And the fight scenes are better than the first one especially that scene I just showed you. And there's also a new hero joining called the "Vision." What I really like about this film is how there's more heroes in this one than the first film. Like Rhodey is back as War Machine, Sam as Falcon, the Vision, and eventually Scarlet Witch and QuickSilver become heroes as well. My favourite fight scene would either be the one there between Hulkbuster and Hulk or the last fight at the end with every single hero together. And there's a scene where all the heroes are trying to lift Thor's hammer and it almost looks like Steve is about to lift it because it moves for a split second and Thor flinches like in the original comics. But to be honest I'm not sure if this is better than the first film. I mean, I think the first film had a bit of a better begging and maybe a better ending and, this is gonna sound strange, but I think it also had better dialogue. However I still love this film. right now it's the 6th highest grossing film ever witch means it's almost caught up to the first one. And during the end credits we see a scene where Thanos says "Fine, I'll do it by myself." Finally, how long have we had to wait until he actually does anything instead of just sitting on his chair in space. So yeah, this film is spectacular. If you have time, I'd say check it out in the cinema but chances are you already saw it, I'd say see it again. I can't wait to get it on DVD And this ends my superhero film reviews. Thanks for reading I hope you enjoyed and join me next time for my Harry Potter review, the Philosopher's Stone.
