How to Train Your Dragon 2

I was thinking about a review for this movie for a while. You all know I really loved the first How to Your Dragon movie and now I'm going to do a review for it's sequel, How to Train Your Dragon 2. What's the story? It's been 5 years since Hiccup and Toothless became friends and their trying to find new lands to put on the map that Hiccup has been making to find new kinds of Dragons. One day when they're making part of it, Astrid arrives and Hiccup tells her that Stoick is making him chief of Berk, but Hiccup feels like he can't do it but Astrid tells him that what he needs is inside of him. Just then Hiccup notices smoke in the distance and the 4 of them, including Astrid's Dragon named "Stormfly," go and investigate it. They find a group of Dragon trappers who say that their leader named "Drago Bloodvist" is coming to get all the Dragons. They fly off and tell Stoick who is surprised because he know Dragon saying he's a madman. Hiccup and Astrid leave to find those trappers to get to Drago so he can talk some sense into him about not doing this. Stoick, Gobber, Ruffnut, Tuffnut, Snotlout and Fishlegs arrive and Stoick explains to Hiccup that years ago Drago came to a meeting of chiefs saying that he alone could control all the Dragons, they refused to bow to him so he had a bunch of Dragons burned the place down. Stoick was the only one to get out alive. Hiccup thinks that if he can change is mind he can change Drago's too. He leaves with Toothless and, while in the air a masked person kidnaps him. The person brings Hiccup and Toothless to a cave where the person takes off it's mask and it's a woman saying she's his mom named "Valka."She brings him to a huge bit of the cave with ice around them. She explains that she got there after a Dragon named "Cloudjumper" kidnapped her when Hiccup was just a baby. She then shows him a ginormous Dragon known as the Alpha, the king of all Dragons. They both start talking about what's been happen the past 20 years. Later Stoick and Gobber arrive and they find Hiccup and Valka. And the rest is a lot to explain. So what's good about this film? Well let me just say right now that this is the second best looking animated film I've ever seen next to Toy Story 3. Everything you see is huge and everything is so realistic looking. And even the characters are perfect looking. And they story is, once again, amazing. Now let's look at the characters. Well the old ones are still they're great selves and the even the new ones are so likable. Valka is kind, caring and is really well acted. The leader of the trappers named "Erit" is actually likable. He turns good at the during the middle part of the movie. And there's also the villain, Drago Bloodvist who is, in my opinion, the second best DreamWorks villain ever. He is so cool and so threatening. And another thing to say. Stoick dies in this. Yeah, one of the main characters actually dies. That's pretty heavy, even for DreamWorks. They actually kill Hiccup's dad. I remember seeing that last years and my eyebrows were raised and my mouth was open since I couldn't believe they actually did that. So yeah this sequel is great. In fact, this is probably the second best sequel of all in my opinion, even better than Kung-Fu Panda 2. So I think I've said enough. Definitely give this movie a watch, just amazing.
