Top 5 things I'm hoping to see in Doctor Strange

Doctor Strange is going to be the 14th instalment to the MCU. It's coming out this November and coming out after Captain America: Civil War. It's probably my 3rd most anticipated. It will be starring Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange and Chiwetel Ejiofor as the villain of the movie named Baron Mordo. We've already seen a lot of photos of Cumberbatch on the set and other set photos with him and Ejiofor. Look at these. This is how they look in the comics.

And in the movie, they're going to look like this.

It looks like Strange and Mordo are going to be friends at first but something happens that causes him to be evil. And of course, any comic book fan, including myself, know of Doctor Strange's origin. That he was a neurosurgeon named Doctor Steven Strange who was a jerk, but after a car accident, he injures his hands and he can't work anymore. And since being a neurosurgeon is all he lived for, he tries to find something to help heal his hand. So when he reads of something called the Sorcerer Supreme who can heal from anything, he goes out to try and find him. It turns out he's actually been watching Strange for a while and so he give him magic abilities due to him seeing his good side. And now with me having talked about Civil War to death, it's time to talk about the second MCU movie this year. I am so excited for this and it's coming out in November. And so here I'm counting down the top 5 things I want to see happen in Doctor Strange.
5. Make the origin story short but not that much: One of the things that people aren't liking out of comic book movies nowadays are origin stories. They're getting tired of them. They not saying they're bad, they just think maybe they're becoming a little unnecessary and it's an idea to start the movies with the hero already having they're powers. Origin stories is what the MCU are always doing, except with the new Spider-Man. I personally think it would be cool to see an origin story for Doctor Strange but only if it's short. Like maybe a half hour or something like that.
4. Tie into the other MCU movies in a unique way:  Now when I say that I mean be like Ant-Man where the way they tied into the other MCU movies was by having Scott meet and fight Sam/Falcon. And that was great. It was cool to see that. So now maybe do the same thing here by maybe have the ending have Nick come in and talk to Strange about joining the Avengers. And maybe he can talk to him about the Infinity Stones and ask for help with getting them and talk about something that's coming and that something can be Thanos. If you guys know the comics, you know that Doctor Strange was one of the few characters who can take on Thanos with his magic by doing many things including teleporting him away. So maybe that can lead to something that will happen in Avengers: Infinity War.
3. Make the characters interesting: One of the many things that the MCU always gets right are the characters. Especially the heroes and so hopefully they'll be able to not only make Strange very interesting but also the supporting characters and hopefully phase 3 of the MCU is where they start making the villains better and make them interesting and they can start with Mordo, or really Crossbones and Baron Zemo, but forget that for a second. You all know that the villains are always the one down side to a lot of MCU movies except 2, Loki and Ultron. The rest aren't horrible but they're not strong enough, have generic motivations, are boring themselves and don't serve as much of a threat. The worst ones being Malekith from Thor: The Dark World, Red Skull from Captain America: The First Avenger, Ronan from Guardians of the Galaxy and Darren Cross/Yellowjacket in Ant-Man. So hopefully the phase 3 villains will be the start of the best MCU bad guys. But it's not just the villain. Also Doctor Strange and the other supporting characters.
2. Make the end climax intense: Another thing that the MCU movies always gets right are the end fight scenes. In fact, they get practically every fight scene correct and intense so hopefully that can be the same thing with Doctor Strange. The end fight could easily be him taking on Mordo and the end could be something happening that causes Mordo to get his comeuppance.
And the number 1 thing I'm to see in Doctor Strange is... Have Dormammu in the movie or at least reference him: Dormammu is one of the biggest threats in the Marvel Universe. He is one of Doctor Strange's most dangerous enemies and one of the most powerful villain to exist in Marvel. In the comics he looks like this...

And so maybe they could either reference him or set him up to be in a later movie or have him come in around the end. I do honestly think he'd be awesome for the MCU. And there you have it, all the things I want to see happen in Doctor Strange. Pleas let me know what you're hoping to see in the movie in the comments and I hope you're as excited as I am to see the movie, though I doubt it. Ha-ha-ha.
